چکیده
با نگاهی اجمالی به اسناد بین المللی مرتبط با حقوق زنان که در قرن بیستم تصویب شده است، افزایش تدریجی این اسناد و تغییر ماهوی موضوعات آنها قابل مشاهده می باشد. باتوجه به نقش مهم شناخت عوامل و زمینه های رشد کمی و تحول ماهوی اسناد بین المللی مرتبط با حقوق زنان در این دوران، پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی عوامل و زمینه های تحول اسناد بین المللی مرتبط با حقوق زنان، تبیین چگونگی موضع گیری نظام اسلامی در برابر این اسناد و نیز پیش بینی تحولات آینده این اسناد، به روش تحلیلی- اسنادی انجام شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد مهمترین عوامل و زمینه های رشد کمی و تحول ماهوی اسناد بین المللی مرتبط با حقوق زنان در قرن بیستم عبارتند از: حاکمیت گفتمان مبتنی بر شناسایی کرامت (حیثیت) ذاتی و حقوق برابر همه انسان ها در استمرار تفکر مدرن غربی بر اسناد بین المللی مرتبط با حقوق زنان؛ تثبیت سلطه و حاکمیت بلامنازع آمریکا بر نظام جهانی سرمایه داری و تبدیل آن به ابرقدرت سیاسی، اقتصادی و نظامی؛ همچنین، اثرپذیری نهادهای وابسته به سازمان ملل متحد از جریان های خارج از این سازمان که احقاق حقوق زنان را با معیارهای آمریکایی دنبال کرده و هرگونه تفاوت جنسیتی میان زن و مرد را انکار می نماید.The Factors and Grounds of the Development of International Documents Related to Women's Rights in the Twentieth Century
A brief look at the international documents related to women's rights that were ratified in the twentieth century reveals a gradual increase in these documents and a change in the substance of their subjects. Given the important role of identifying the factors and grounds for the quantitative growth and substantive development of international documents related to women's rights during this period, this research was conducted using an analytical-documentary method with the aim of identifying the factors and grounds for the development of international documents related to women's rights, explaining how the Islamic system took a stance toward these documents, and predicting the future developments of these documents. The findings indicated that the most important factors and grounds for the quantitative growth and substantive development of international documents related to women's rights in the twentieth century are as follows: the dominance of discourse based on the recognition of the inherent dignity and equal rights of all human beings in the continuation of modern western thinking on international documents related to women's rights; the establishment of the undisputed dominance and sovereignty of the United States over the global capitalist system and its transformation into a political, economic, and military superpower; Also, UN-affiliated institutions being influenced by the trends outside the organization that pursue women's rights according to American standards and deny any gender differences between men and women.
