مطالعۀ تطبیقی تعامل موسیقی و روایت در انیمیشن های موزیکال (بررسی موردی: قصه های ریرا و اِزمِی و روی) (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
موسیقی به عنوان زبانی جهانی، همواره در زندگی بشر جایگاهی پررنگ داشته و آثار عمیقی بر هنرها ازجمله سینما و انیمیشن، بر جای گذاشته است. در انیمیشن های موزیکال موفق جهان، موسیقی به مثابه ابزاری فعال در پیشبرد روایت کاربرد دارد. براین اساس، بررسی نقش روایی موسیقی در انتقال مفاهیم فرهنگی اجتماعی به کودکان، اهمیت ویژه ای می یابد. پژوهش حاضر با روش کیفی، به تحلیل نقش موسیقی در ساختار روایی انیمیشن های موزیکال کودکان پرداخته و دو نمونه موفق خارجی و داخلی، مجموعه اِزمِی و روی و قصه های ریرا را به صورت تطبیقی مقایسه می کند. چارچوب نظری بینارشته ای این مطالعه، متکی بر نظریات ژانر موزیکال ریک آلتمن ، تحلیل حالات موسیقایی فیلیپ تگ و روایت شناسی مایکل تولان است. یافته ها نشان می دهند که موسیقی در قالب های ساده و قابل فهم برای کودک و با بهره برداری مناسب از پارامترهای موسیقایی، می تواند هم زمان با گره گشایی داستان و بر اساس ساختار سه پرده ای «تعلیق، اقدام، حل»، نقشی تعیین کننده در انتقال مفاهیم فرهنگی و اجتماعی ایفا کند. در اِزمِی و روی ، تعبیه یک ترانه ثابت در نقطه عطف و یک ترانه متغیر در دیگر بخش های روایت، موجب جذابیت بیشتر شده و پیوند عاطفی کودک با شخصیت ها را نیز تقویت می کند. در مقابل، قصه های ریرا باوجود جذابیت فرهنگی، به دلیل عدم استفاده از خواص دیالوگی فرم موسیقایی، کم توجهی به اهمیت طنین و تونالیته در بازگویی روایت و اتکای بیش ازحد به روایت کلامی، از ظرفیت کامل موسیقی در روایت بهره نمی برد. بهره برداری از این الگوها، مسیری موفق برای درک نقش موسیقی در انیمیشن های کودکانه ارائه کرده و به ارتقای استانداردهای تولید آثار موزیکال داخلی یاری می رساند.A Comparative Study of Music as a Narrative Tool in Musical Animations (Case Study: “Rira's Tales” and “Esme and Roy”)
Music, as a universal language, has consistently played a prominent role in human life and exerted profound influence across various art forms, including cinema and animation. In successful musical animations around the world, music is used as an important tool in the processing of the narrative. Accordingly, examining the narrative role of music in transmitting socio-cultural concepts to children is of particular importance. This qualitative study analyzes the role of music in the narrative structure of children's musical animations and compares two successful foreign and domestic examples, the series "Esme & Roy" and "Rira's Tales." The interdisciplinary theoretical framework of this study relies on Rick Altman's musical genre theories, Philip Tagg's musical mood analysis, and Michael Toolan's narratology. The results of the research show that music in simple and understandable formats for children, with appropriate use of musical parameters, can play a decisive role in conveying cultural and social concepts, simultaneously with unraveling the story and based on the three-act structure of "suspense, action, and resolution." In the "Esme & Roy" series, the inclusion of a fixed song at a turning point and a variable song in other parts of the narrative makes it more engaging and strengthens the child's emotional bond with the characters. In contrast, "Rira's Tales," despite its cultural appeal, does not utilize the full potential of music in narrative due to its lack of use of the dialogic properties of musical form, lack of attention to the importance of resonance and tonality in retelling the narrative, and excessive reliance on verbal narration. Utilizing these patterns provides a successful path to understanding the role of music in children's animation and helps raise the standards of domestic musical production.
