چکیده
هدف: اطلاعات به طور فزاینده ای، در حال تبدیل شدن به یک موضوع محوری برای تمامی جنبه های نبرد بوده، پایه و اساس مأموریت های راهبردی، عملیاتی و تاکتیکی نیروی عملیات مشترک می باشد. نیروی عملیات مشترک به طور مستمر و برگشت ناپذیر، به حوزه اطلاعات وابسته است. اشراف اطلاعاتی، برای موفقیت نیروی عملیات مشترک، امری حیاتی است. تقویت، به روزرسانی سامانه های اطلاعاتی نیروی عملیات مشترک به ویژه ارائه الگوی جامع اطلاعاتی یک ضرورت اساسی است؛ بنابراین هدف این پژوهش ارائه الگوی سامانه جامع اطلاعاتی عملیات مشترک ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. روش: روش تحقیق توصیفی– تحلیلی از نظر نوع به صورت آمیخته است. در دسته پژوهش های نظری – کاربردی قرار دارد. یافته: جامعه ی آماری پژوهش فرماندهان و مدیران اطلاعاتی نیروهای مسلح به تعداد 86 نفر بوده که پس از تجزیه وتحلیل با روش کیفی و کمی ابعاد و مؤلفه های تبیین شده مرتبط با متغیرهای تحقیق به منظور پاسخ به سؤالات تحقیق، استفاده شده است. نتیجه گیری: برابر نتایج به دست آمده در این تحقیق، جمع آوری اطلاعات، پردازش، تجزیه وتحلیل و انتشار به عنوان مهم ترین ابعاد الگوی سامانه جامع اطلاعاتی عملیات مشترک آجا و اطلاعات انسانی، سایبری، سیگنالی، سنجش ازدور و شبکه-سازی، به عنوان مناسب ترین مؤلفه های بُعد جمع آوری اطلاعات و ذخیره سازی، هدایت هماهنگی، تلفیق و برقراری ارتباطات بین داده ها، ارزیابی و صحت سنجی و تقاطع، تباین و تقارب، به عنوان مناسب ترین مؤلفه های بُعد پردازش، همچنین معنابخشی به داده ها، درک تغییرات محیطی، رفتارشناسی، ادغام و ترکیب و پیوندزدن داده ها، تجسم پیش بینی و هشداردهی، مناسب ترین مؤلفه های بُعد تجزیه وتحلیل و نهایتاً یکپارچگی، توزیع و حمایت اطلاعاتی، تولید اطلاعات، تشریک آگاهی و بازخورد اطلاعات، به عنوان مناسب ترین مؤلفه های بُعد انتشار شناسایی گردیده اند.IRI Army Combined Operation Comprehensive Information System Pattern
Purpose: Information is becoming a central issue for all aspects of combat and is the basis for the strategic missions of the joint force. The force is continuously dependent on the field of information. Intelligence supremacy is critical to the success of the joint fighting force. Strengthening the updating of information systems of the joint combat force, especially providing a comprehensive model is a necessity; Therefore, the purpose of this research is to present this model. It is a comprehensive system of joint operations of the IRI Army. Method: It is Mixed Analytical Descriptive. In the category of Theoretical-applied researches. Findings: There were 86 people who, after analyzing with qualitative and quantitative methods, the explained dimensions and components related to the research variables were used to answer the research questions. Results: The conclusion of the results obtained in this research is the collection of information, processing, analysis and dissemination as the most important dimensions of the model of the comprehensive information system of joint operations of Army. Gathering information and connections between data, evaluation and verification, and intersection and convergence as the most appropriate components of post-processing, as well as giving meaning to data, understanding environmental changes, behavioral integration and combining and linking data. Visualization of prediction and warning of the most appropriate components of the analysis dimension and finally the integrity of information distribution and support. Information production, awareness sharing and information feedback as the most suitable components of the dimension Releases have been identified.
