چکیده
تغییر اقلیم بر تمام فعالیت های انسانی ازجمله فعالیت های نظامی تأثیرگذار است. تأثیری که می تواند تمام تلاش ها را برای رسیدن به هدف خنثی کند. ازاین رو هدف از انجام این تحقیق شناسایی پیامدهای نظامی تغییرات دما و تغییرات زمانی و مکانی بارش در ایران است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی- تحلیلی و نوع تحقیق کاربردی است. از ابزارهای مصاحبه با صاحب نظران و اسناد مدارک علمی و معتبر برای جمع آوری داده ها استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها ابتدا داده ها گردآوری و مضامین شناسایی شدند در ادامه این مضامین مورد بازبینی قرارگرفته و درنهایت مضامین اصلی و فرعی نام گذاری و پیامدهای نظامی تغییرات دما و تغییرات بارش شناسایی شدند. نتایج مطالعات نشان می دهد که تغییر اقلیم بر تمام ارکان فعالیت های نظامی تأثیرگذار است و پیامدهای نظامی تغییرات دما در حوزه نیروی انسانی، آماد و پشتیبانی و تجهیزات، و پیامدهای نظامی تغییرات بارش در حوزه مهندسی، عملیات، نیروی انسانی، آماد و پشتیبانی و تجهیزات شناسایی و این پیامدها در حوزه های یادشده بیشتر و تأثیرگذارتر از سایر ارکان نظامی است. پیامدهایی که می توانند نتیجه یک عملیات و یا فعالیت نظامی را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند.Military implicationsof climate change in Iran
Climate change affects all human activities, including military activities. An effect that can neutralize all efforts to achieve the goal. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify the military consequences of temperature changes and temporal and spatial changes of precipitation in Iran. The research method is descriptive-analytical and the type of research is applied. Interview tools with experts and authentic scientific documents have been used to collect data. For data analysis, first the data was collected and the themes were identified, then these themes were reviewed and finally the main and sub-themes were named and the military consequences of temperature changes and precipitation changes were identified. The results of the studies show that climate change affects all elements of military activities and the military consequences of temperature changes in the field of manpower, readiness and support and equipment, and the military consequences of precipitation changes in the field of engineering, operations, manpower, readiness and support and equipment. Identification and these consequences in the mentioned fields are more and more effective than other military elements. Consequences that can affect the outcome of an operation or military activity.
