چالش های مشاوران مدرسه جدیدالاستخدام در راهبری هدایت تحصیلی دانش آموزان (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
در نظام آموزشی ایران، هدایت تحصیلی دانش آموزان جهت افزایش آمادگی تحصیلی/شغلی و همچنین دست یابی به موفقیت در مدرسه و پسامدرسه، از جمله وظایف مشاوران مدارس است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی چالش های مشاوران مدرسه جدیدالاستخدام در راهبری هدایت تحصیلی دانش آموزان، به روش کیفی از نوع تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است. در این مطالعه هشت نفر از مشاوران مدارس با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. داده های حاصل از مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته، بر اساس روش تحلیل مضمون براون و کلارک مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده پنج مضمون اصلی به دست آمد که عبارتند از: چالش های مرتبط با برنامه هدایت تحصیلی، مشکلات دانش آموزان در انجام موفق هدایت تحصیلی، عدم آماده سازی مشاوران قبل از اشتغال در مدرسه، موانع عملکرد حرفه ای مشاور حین اشتغال در مدرسه و چالش های هویت حرفه ای مشاوران. شناخت و بررسی چالش های مشاوران تازه کار پیرامون برنامه هدایت تحصیلی، به تأثیرگذاری بیشتر آنها و همکاری هر چه بیشتر با معلمان، مدیران و خانواده ها در جهت بالابردن سطوح رشدی دانش آموزان خواهد انجامید. نتیجه ی این بررسی ها در حوزه های رشد تحصیلی، شغلی و شخصی/اجتماعی دانش آموزان به طور موفقیت آمیزی نمایان خواهد شد.challenges of newly hired school counselors in the management of students' academic guidance
In Iran's educational system, guiding students to increase their academic/career preparation as well as achieving success in school and after school is one of the duties of school counselors. The purpose of this research is to examine the challenges of newly hired school counselors in the management of students' academic guidance using the method of qualitative thematic analysis. In this study, eight school counselors were selected using convenience sampling. The data obtained from the semi-structured interviews were analyzed based on the Brown and Clark thematic analysis method. Based on the results, five main themes were obtained, which are: challenges related to the academic guidance program, students' problems in successfully performing academic guidance, lack of preparation of counselors before employment in school, barriers to counselor's professional performance during employment in school, and challenges of counselors' professional identity. Recognizing and examining the challenges of novice counselors around the academic guidance program leads to more effectiveness and cooperation with teachers, administrators and families in order to improve the level of students' growth. The results of these surveys will be successfully reflected in the fields of academic, professional and personal/social development of students.
