تحلیل مفهوم نئولیبرالیسم و کاربرد آن در روابط بین الملل

چکیده
نئولیبرالیسم به سیاست ها و روندهایی اشاره دارد که از طریق آن ها منافع خصوصی تعداد نسبتاً معدودی تا جایی که امکان دارد بر زندگی اجتماعی حاکم می گردد تا سود شخصی شان به حداکثر برسد. نئولیبرالیسم که اساساً با سیاست های رِیگان و تاچِر مرتبط است، در دو دهه ی گذشته گرایش غالب اقتصاد سیاسی جهانی بوده است و اجزای سیاسی میانه رو بخش اعظم چپ و راست سنتی نیز آن را الگوی خویش قرار دادند. نئولیبرالیسم کوششی برای توضیح پیشرفت های صورت گرفته در اقتصاد سیاسی جهانی پس از جنگ های دوم با تأکید و تمرکز بر نقش مرکزی نهادها و سازمان ها در سیاست بین الملل بود. بنیانگذاران اندیشه نئولیبرالی، آرمان های سیاسی هم چون منزلت انسان و آزادسازی فردی را به عنوان اصولی بنیادین و ارزش های محوری تمدن برگزیدند. ما در این مقاله بر آنیم تا نئولیبرالیسم را در روابط بین الملل تحلیل نمائیم، از این رو در ابتدا ضمن تعریفی از نئولیبرالیسم به پیدایش و خاستگاه نظریه ی نیولیبرالیستی می پردازیم. ابعاد اصلی نئولیبرالیسم، دولت نئولیبرال و پیش زمینه نئولیبرالیسم، دیگر محورهای این مقاله را تشکیل می دهند.Analysis of the concept of neoliberalism and its application in international relations
Neoliberalism refers to policies and trends through which the private interests of a relatively small number dominate social life to the extent possible in order to maximize their personal benefits. Neoliberalism, which is fundamentally associated with the policies of Reagan and Thatcher, has been the dominant trend in global political economy in the past two decades, and the moderate political components of much of the traditional left and right have also taken it as their model. Neoliberalism was an attempt to explain the developments in global political economy after the Second World War by emphasizing and focusing on the central role of institutions and organizations in international politics. The founders of neoliberal thought chose political ideals such as human dignity and individual liberation as fundamental principles and core values of civilization. In this article, we aim to analyze neoliberalism in international relations, so we first define neoliberalism and discuss the emergence and origins of neoliberal theory. The main dimensions of neoliberalism, the neoliberal state, and the background of neoliberalism constitute the other axes of this article.
