چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی تعامل بین خدمات پلیسی و حرفه مددکاری اجتماعی و بررسی نقش مددکاران اجتماعی در بهبود کیفیت و اثربخشی خدمات امنیتی انجام شده است. این تعامل، به ویژه با توجه به پیچیدگی های روزافزون مسائل اجتماعی و امنیتی در جوامع معاصر، از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. در این تحقیق با بهره گیری از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و گردآوری داده ها از طریق منابع کتابخانه ای و اسناد علمی، به بررسی ظرفیت های بین رشته ای برای پاسخگویی به نیازهای امنیتی و اجتماعی پرداخته شده است. نتایج مطالعه نشان می دهد که ادغام مهارت های مددکاری اجتماعی در فرآیندهای پلیسی، به ویژه در حوزه های پیشگیری از جرم، مدیریت بحران، و حمایت از قربانیان، می تواند باعث ارتقای اثربخشی مداخلات پلیسی و کاهش آسیب های ثانویه در گروه های آسیب پذیر شود. مددکاران اجتماعی با تمرکز بر توانمندسازی افراد و ارائه حمایت های روانی و اجتماعی، نقشی کلیدی در تکمیل عملکرد پلیس و تقویت روابط میان پلیس و جامعه ایفا می کنند. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر بر اهمیت مشارکت سیاست گذاران و مجریان قانون در اتخاذ رویکردهای یکپارچه تأکید دارد؛ رویکردهایی که به کمک آن ها مهارت های مددکاران اجتماعی به طور مؤثری در بهبود کیفیت خدمات امنیتی و کاهش آسیب های اجتماعی به کار گرفته شوند.Assessing the relationship between police services and the social work profession
This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the interaction between police services and social work profession and investigating the role of social workers in improving the quality and effectiveness of security services. This interaction is especially important considering the increasing complexity of social and security issues in contemporary societies. In this research, by using the descriptive-analytical method and collecting data through library sources and scientific documents, interdisciplinary capacities to respond to security and social needs have been investigated. The results of the study show that the integration of social work skills in police processes, especially in the areas of crime prevention, crisis management, and victim support, can improve the effectiveness of police interventions and reduce secondary injuries in vulnerable groups. Focusing on empowering people and providing psychological and social support, social workers play a key role in completing police performance and strengthening relations between police and society. Therefore, the current research emphasizes the importance of the participation of policymakers and law enforcement in adopting integrated approaches; Approaches to use the skills of social workers effectively in improving the quality of security services and reducing social harm..
