چکیده
حجاب دریک معنای کلی به معنای پوشش و ستر است .حجاب و عفاف از ارزشهاى اخلاقى است که همواره در متون دینى مورد تأکید قرار گرفته و نقش بسزایى در سلامت فرد و اجتماع دارد که سعادت و کمال و یا انحطاط یک فرد یا جامعه در گرو آن می باشد. این مهم نیازمند نهادینه سازی فرهنگ حجاب و عفاف به عنوان یکی از ضرورت های باورهای دینی نیازمند برنامه ریزی صحیح در سه حوزه فرد، خانواده و جامعه می-باشد که برای اجرایی و عملیاتی شدن آن نیازمند حرکت جمعی پویایی در حوزه های مختلف خصوصی و عمومی می باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین حجاب و عفاف و روشهای نهادینه سازی آن در جامعه می باشد. این پژوهش که به روش کتابخانه ای و با استناد به منابع معتبر فقهی فرآهم شده است در صدد است که ابتدا با تبیین معنا و مفهوم حجاب و عفت به عوامل ضعف و راههای تقویت و نهادینه سازی آن در راستای استحکام این امر گامی مفید برداشته شود.Legal jurisprudence explanation of hijab and chastity and its institutionalization
