مکان گزینی بهینه شهربازی با بهره گیری از معیارهای شهر شاد آینده (نمونه موردی: کلان شهر شیراز) (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
امروزه نشاط اجتماعی یکی از مهم ترین نیازهای جوامع بشری است، زیرا شهروندان به ویژه ساکنان کلان شهرها فرصت کمتری برای فکر کردن به خود و نیازهای خود دارند و ممکن است دچار افسردگی شوند. ازآنجاکه شادی تحت تأثیر ساختارهای متعدد جامعه شهری است، می تواند بر روند توسعه و تعالی شهروندان و جامعه شهری نیز تأثیر بگذارد. این مطالعه با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با هدف مکان گزینی شهربازی در کلان شهر شیراز با تکیه بر معیارهای شهر شاد متناسب با نیازهای آینده انجام پذیرفت. در ابتدا با بررسی ادبیات موجود 8 معیار از معیارهای شهر شاد از جمله شیب مناسب (شیب های کمتر از 15 درجه)، قرارگیری در زمین های غیرکشاورزی و حفاظت نشده از نظر منابع طبیعی، دوری از مسیل، دوری از گسل، وجود زمین های بایر موردنیاز، دسترسی به معابر اصلی شهر، دسترسی به مترو، فاصله از پارک های موجود، جهت مکان گزینی شهربازی استخراج گردید. سپس لایه های اطلاعاتی این معیارهای در شهر شیراز با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی تهیه شد و پس از فازی سازی، لایه ها همپوشانی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که عملگر ضرب فازی (Product) به دلیل احتیاط بیشتر نسبت به سایر عملگرها، مکان های ایده آل تری به منظور احداث شهربازی ارائه می کند. عملگر ضرب فازی چهار سایت بهینه جهت احداث شهربازی معرفی کرد که پس از بررسی های تکمیلی با استفاده از تصاویر ماهواره ای، مشخص گردید دو سایت موجود در محدوده شهرک برف فروشان به سمت شهرک بزین و در مجاورت بزرگراه های حسینی الهاشمی و دکتر حسابی و دومی در اراضی موجود در ورودی شهر جدید صدرا و در مجاورت بزرگراه دکتر حسابی و شهرک گلستان از مطلوبیت بیشتری برخوردار بوده و مستعد احداث شهربازی با توجه به معیارهای شهر شاد می باشند.Optimizing amusement park location based on "Happy City" criteria: A case study of Shiraz
Nowadays, social vitality is one of the most important needs of human societies, as citizens, especially those living in large cities, have less opportunity to think about themselves and their needs and may suffer from depression. Since happiness is influenced by various structures of urban society, it can also impact the development and prosperity of citizens and urban communities. This study, using a descriptive-analytical method, aimed to locate a playground in the metropolis of Shiraz based on the criteria of a happy city. Initially, by reviewing the literature, 8 criteria of a happy city including suitable slope (less than 15 degrees), placement in non-agricultural and unprotected areas in terms of natural resources, distance from water channels, distance from fault lines, availability of required vacant lands, access to main city thoroughfares, access to metro, and distance from existing parks were extracted for playground location. Then, the information layers of these criteria were prepared in Shiraz using the geographic information system, and after fuzzyfication, the layers were overlapped. The results showed that the fuzzy multiplication operator, due to its greater caution compared to other operators, provides more ideal locations for playground construction. The fuzzy multiplication operator introduced four optimal sites for playground construction, which after further investigations using satellite images, it was determined that two sites located in the vicinity of Barfforoushan towards Bazine Township and near Husseinieh Hashemi and Dr. Hasabi highways, and the other in the lands at the entrance of the new Sadr City and near Dr. Hasabi highway and Golistan Township, are more desirable and suitable for playground construction considering the criteria of a happy city.
