چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و تحلیل میزان پایدارسازی جوامع محلی مناطق روستایی استان گیلان با تاکید بر توسعه گردشگری و مبتنی بر ارزش مصرف غذاهای محلی انجام شده است، از این رو، از نظر هدف؛ کاربردی و دارای ماهیت تحلیلی و از لحاظ روش در گروه پژوهش های کمی قرار دارد. به منظور میزان نقش توسعه گردشگری مبتنی بر ارزش مصرف غذاهای محلی (به عنوان متغیر تاثیرگذار)، بر پایدارسازی جوامع محلی مناطق روستایی استان گیلان در ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی (به عنوان متغیر تاثیرپذیر)، از نرم افزار SPSS و به منظور رتبه بندی هر یک از ابعاد (میزان تاثیرپذیری هر یک از ابعاد پایدارسازی از توسعه گردشگری)، از مدل (FARAS + FKOPRAS)، استفاده شد. از سوی دیگر، نتایج آزمون تی تک نمونه ای نشان داد، که میزان پایداری اقتصادی و اجتماعی روستاهای گیلان مطلوب ارزیابی شد، و همچنین، بین پایداری جوامع محلی در روستاها و توسعه گردشگری با تمرکز بر ارزش مصرفی غذاهای محلی، ارتباط معنادار و مثبتی وجود داردنتایج نشان داد، توسعه گردشگری تاثیر معناداری بر پایدارسازی جوامع محلی دارد. از سوی دیگر، نتایج آزمون تی تک نمونه ای نشان داد، که میزان پایداری اقتصادی و اجتماعی روستاهای گیلان مطلوب ارزیابی شد، وهمچنین، بین پایداری جوامع محلی در روستاها و توسعه گردشگری با تمرکز بر ارزش مصرفی غذاهای محلی، ارتباط معنادار و مثبتی وجود دارد، به طوری که، از بین مولفه های اقتصادی مطرح شده؛ تنوع شغلی با مقدار وزن 65/72 بیشترین میزان تاثیرپذیری را از توسعه گردشگری با تمرکز بر ارزش مصرف غذاهای محلی به خود اختصاص داده اند. در پایداری اجتماعی-فرهنگی نیز، از بین مولفه های مطرح شده؛ توانمندسازی با مقدار وزن 50/72، بیشترین تاثیرپذیری را از توسعه گردشگری مبتنی بر ارزش مصرف غذاهای محلی به خود اختصاص داده اند.Analysis of the Stability of Rural Communities with an Emphasis on Tourism Development Based on the Consumption Value of Local Foods (Case Study: Tourism Target Villages of Gilan Province)
The of the present research was carried out with the aim of investigating and analyzing the level of stabilization of local communities in the rural areas of Gilan province with an emphasis on the development of tourism and based on the consumption value of local foods, Hence, in terms of purpose; It is practical and has an analytical nature, and in terms of method, it is in the quantitative research group. In order to measure the role of tourism development based on the consumption value of local foods (as an influencing variable), on the stabilization of local communities in the rural areas of Gilan province in economic and social dimensions (as an influencing variable), SPSS software was used and in order to rank each of the dimensions (the degree of influence of each dimension of sustainability on tourism development), the model (FARAS + FKOPRAS) was used. The results showed that tourism development has a significant impact on the stabilization of local communities. On the other hand, the results of the T-Tech test showed that the level of economic and social stability of the villages of Gilan was evaluated favorably, and also, there is a significant and positive relationship between the sustainability of local communities in villages and the development of tourism focusing on the consumption value of local foods, so that among the economic components mentioned; Job variety with a weight of 72.65 has the highest impact rate from tourism development focusing on the consumption value of local foods. In socio-cultural sustainability, among the mentioned components; Empowerment with a weight value of 72.50 has been assigned the highest impact from the development of tourism based on the consumption value of local foods.
