چکیده
امروزه حمل ونقل کارامد یکی از بخش های مهم اقتصادی است که در افزایش توسعه و رفاه مردم نقش زیادی دارد و در کاهش هزینه های اقتصادی تاثیربه سزایی دارد. شهرنشینی یکی از علت های تعیین کننده ویکی از نتایج پیشرفت اقتصادی است . این مورد نتیجه طبیعی تغییر وتحول اقتصادی است که در جریان پیشرفت در یک کشورایجاد می شود. واز طرفی می تواند ازعوامل دگرگونی ورشد اقتصادی باشد . طراحی هندسی معابر جنبه معماری و فیزیکی ندارد طراحی دقیق ودرست باعث کاهش تصادفات ، جذابیت فضای شهری وهمچنین در بالا بردن سطح امنیت وسلامت شهروندان می تواند مؤثرباشد . پژوهش حاضربه آثار اقتصادی اصلاح طرح هندسی ورودی وخروجی شهر آشخانه می پردازد . روش انجام این پژوهش کمی- پیمایشی واسنادی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش ما کسبه اطراف ورودی وخروجی شهر آشخانه که 100نفر ازآنها ازطریق پرسشنامه مورد پرسشگری قرار گرفته اند. . نتایج پژوهش این را نشان می دهد که، اصلاح طرح هندسی تاثیر زیادی در افزایش قیمت زمین های اطراف شده و این طرح در افزایش درآمدشهرداری و همچنین افزایش توقف مسافر تاثرگذاربوده است و در افزایش تعداد دست فروش ها تاثیر کمی گذاشته است ودر سایر مولفه های اقتصادی تاثیر چشمگیری دیده نمی شود و در حد متوسط می باشند.Evaluation of the economic effects of modifying the entrance and exit geometric plan of Ashkhaneh city
Today, efficient transportation is one of the most important sectors of the economy, which plays a large role in increasing the development and welfare of people, and has a significant impact on reducing economic costs. Urbanization is one of the determining causes and one of the results of economic progress. This case is a natural result of the economic change that occurs in the course of progress in a country. On the other hand, it can be a factor of transformation and economic growth. The geometrical design of roads does not have an architectural or physical aspect. Accurate and correct design can be effective in reducing accidents, attractiveness of urban space, and also in raising the level of security and safety of citizens. The present study deals with the economic effects of modifying the entrance and exit geometric plan of Ashkhane city. The method of conducting this research is quantitative-survey and documentary. The statistical population of our research was the businesses around the entrance and exit of Ashkhane city, of which 100 people were questioned through a questionnaire. The results of the research show that the modification of the geometric plan has had a great effect on the increase in the price of the surrounding land and this plan has been effective in increasing the revenue of the municipality as well as increasing the passenger stop and has had a small effect in increasing the number of street vendors and in other economic components, no significant impact can be seen and they are moderate.
