بررسی مناسبات سیاسی عربستان و آمریکا و پیامدهای آن بر امنیت منطقه خاورمیانه در آینده (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی مناسبات سیاسی- نظامی عربستان و آمریکا و پیامدهای آن بر امنیت منطقه خاورمیانه بود. خاورمیانه همواره از حیث جغرافیای سیاسی، استراتژیک و اقتصادی از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار بوده است و از این رو قدرت های جهانی همواره به این منطقه توجه زیادی داشته اند. یافته های پژوهش حاضر نشان می دهد آمریکا اساسا به دنبال صلح دائمی در خاورمیانه نیست؛ بلکه به دنبال ایجاد نظمی جدید در این منطقه است. سیاست هایی که این کشور در خاورمیانه در سال های 2017 تا 2020 اتخاذ کرد نشان می دهد که آمریکا خواهان ایجاد یک دولت قوی و آهنین در خاورمیانه بود که بتواند بقیه ی کشورها را مطیع آن سازد و خودِ آن نظام نیز به ایالات متحده وفاداری محض داشته باشد. به همین دلیل تلاش نمود تا دیگر قدرت هایی مانند ایران را تضعیف کرده و حمایت های گسترده ای از عربستان انجام دهد. با توجه به نزدیکی روابط میان آمریکا و عربستان بعید به نظر می رسد که این کشور بدون چراغ سبز آمریکایی ها اقدام به حمله به یمن کرده باشد. در نتیجه می توان گفت آن چه که مورد نظر ایالات متحده در سال های 2017 تا 2020 بود ایجاد مجموعه ای از دولت های ضعیف اما مطیع بود نه این که خاورمیانه به صلح پایدار برسد. عربستان در سال های 2017 تا 2020 تبدیل به کشوری کاملا مطیع در راستای سیاست های آمریکا شده بود. مزاحمت در فروش نفت برای ایران یکی از سیاست های خصمانه ای بود که عربستان در پیش گرفته بود. ترامپ با عربستان روابط دوستانه ای برقرار کرد و توانست سلاح های زیادی به عربستان بفروشدInvestigating the Political Relations between Saudi Arabia and America and its Consequences on the Security of the Middle East Region in the Future
The main goal of the current research was to investigate the political-military relations between Saudi Arabia and the United States and its consequences on the security of the Middle East region. The Middle East has always been of great importance in terms of political, strategic and economic geography, and therefore world powers have always paid great attention to this region. The findings of the current research show that America is not basically looking for permanent peace in the Middle East; Rather, it seeks to establish a new order in this region. The policies adopted by this country in the Middle East between 2017 and 2020 show that the United States wanted to establish a strong and iron government in the Middle East that could subjugate the rest of the countries to it and that system itself would have pure loyalty to the United States. For this reason, it tried to weaken other powers such as Iran and provide extensive support to Saudi Arabia. Considering the close relations between the United States and Saudi Arabia, it seems unlikely that this country attacked Yemen without the green light of the Americans. As a result, it can be said that what the United States wanted in 2017 to 2020 was to create a series of weak but obedient states, not to achieve lasting peace in the Middle East. In the years 2017 to 2020, Saudi Arabia had become a completely submissive country in line with American policies.
