چکیده
هدف از این تحقیق، طراحی الگوی توسعه سیاسی بر اساس آموزه های اسلامی برای نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. این تحقیق، دارای رویکرد کیفی و از نظر هدف، توسعه ای- کاربردی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق به منظور ساخت الگو، شامل 15 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه در رشته های مدیریت توسعه و علوم سیاسی آشنا با موضوعات اسلامی و همچنین اشخاص مذهبی و روحانیون آشنا به موضوعات مدیریت دولتی و علوم سیاسی هستند که از تمامی آنان نظرخواهی شده است. در این تحقیق، ابزار گردآوری داده ها، مراجعه به اسناد و مصاحبه با خبرگان بوده است و به منظور تجزیه وتحیل داده ها از تکنیک تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است و داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار NVIVO مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که ابعاد توسعه سیاسی بر اساس آموزه های اسلامی برای نظام جمهوری اسلامی، شامل 27 مضمون پایه و 9 مضمون سازمان دهنده جهان بینی اصیل سیاسی- اسلامی، انسجام فرهنگ سیاسی سازمانی، عقلانیت و خَردورزی، عدالت محوری، ابتناء بر معنویت، حکومت قانون، مشارکت مؤثر سیاسی، مردم سالاری دینی و مسئولیت پذیری و پاسخ گویی است.Designing a model of political development based on Islamic teachings for the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran
The current research was conducted with the purpose of designing a model for political development based on Islamic teachings for the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research is qualitative in terms of approach, and developmental-applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this research included 15 university professors in the field of development management and political science who are familiar with Islamic management, as well as religious persons and clerics who are familiar with public administration and political science who were counted all people. In this research, the data collection tool were referring to documents and interviewing experts. In this research, in order to analyze the data, was used thematic analysis, and the data were analyzed using NVIVO and SPSS. The results showed that the dimensions of political development based on Islamic teachings for the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran include 27 basic themes and 9 organizing themes of political-Islamic worldview, coherence of organizational political culture, rationality and wisdom, justice-oriented, emphasis on spirituality, rule of law, effective political participation, religious democracy, responsibility and accountability.
