چکیده
اکوسیستم نوآوری، شبکه ای از ارتباطات و تعاملات بین بازیگران است که با همکاری و به اشتراک گذاری دانش، فناوری، مهارت و منابع، توانایی خود را حول یک نوآوری با یکدیگر ارتقا می دهد. سیاست گذاران و مدیران نه تنها در شکل گیری و ایجاد، بلکه در تداوم و استمرار پایدار و روبه جلوی این جریان به ویژه در شرایطی که در کنار تغییرات سریع محیط، بازیگران نیز از حیث کمی و کیفی متنوع باشند، نقش اساسی دارند. با این نگاه، هدف این پژوهش، طراحی الگوی مفهومی اکوسیستم نوآوری است. در گام نخست، انجام مطالعه اکتشافی با استفاده از منابع و اسناد کتابخانه ای، پایگاه های اینترنتی و مصاحبه علمی با صاحب نظران و خبرگان استفاده شد. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات مصاحبه با 30 نفر از خبرگان در صنعت بیمه است. روش نمونه گیری در این تحقیق گلوله برفی و برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزارهای مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری استفاده شد. از نظر هدف توصیفی –پیمایشی و از نظر جهت گیری کاربردی است. همچنین ازنظر نوع روش کیفی - کمی است. بدین معنا که ابتدا در بخش کیفی برای شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر اکوسیستم نوآوری و تدوین مدل ساختاری تفسیری از طریق مبانی نظری و بررسی اسناد علمی به صورت فراترکیب مطالعه صورت گرفت. 17 متغیر اصلی و کلیدی مؤثر در اکوسیستم نوآوری، شامل مقوله ایجاد دانشگاه کارآفرین و نوآور با محوریت صنعت بیمه، ایجاد پارک صنعتی مبتنی بر دانش، ایجاد پارک علم و صنعت با محوریت بیمه، ، توسعه ظرفیت نوآوری و کارآفرینی دانش بنیان در خدمات بیمه، ایجاد فرصت های نوآورانه مبتنی بر دانش در کسب وکارهای بیمه ای میباشدPresenting the fitted model of the factors affecting the innovation ecosystem with the combined approach of interpretative structure and structural equations
An innovation ecosystem is a network of communication and interactions between actors that improve their ability around an innovation by cooperating and sharing knowledge, technology, skills and resources. Policymakers and managers have a fundamental role not only in the formation and creation, but also in the continuation and continuation of this trend, especially in a situation where, in addition to the rapid changes in the environment, the actors are also quantitatively and qualitatively diverse. From this point of view, the aim of this research is to design the conceptual model of the innovation ecosystem. In the first step, conducting an exploratory study using library sources and documents, internet sites and scientific interviews with experts and experts were used. The method of data collection is interviews with 30 experts in the insurance industry. The sampling method in this research was snowball and interpretive structural modeling software was used for data analysis. It is descriptive-survey in terms of purpose and practical in terms of orientation. It is also a qualitative-quantitative method. This means that first, in the qualitative section, a meta-composite study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the innovation ecosystem and develop an interpretive structural model through theoretical foundations and review of scientific documents. 17 main and key effective variables in the innovation ecosystem, including the category of creating an entrepreneurial and innovative university centered on the insurance industry, creating a knowledge-based industrial park, creating a science and industry park centered on insurance, developing the capacity for innovation
