امکان سنجی مدارس شهر اصفهان به عنوان اقامتگاه موقت گردشگران نوروزی

چکیده
شهر اصفهان از جمله شهرهای زیبای گردشگری است که به سبب موقعیت ممتاز جغرافیایی و ویژگی های تاریخی و فرهنگی، هرساله هزاران مسافر برای دیدار این شهر منحصر به فرد روانه آن می شوند. در ایام نوروز اقشار مختلفی از این شهر دیدار می کنند و هر کدام با توجه به شرایط و ویژگی های خود انواع مختلفی از محل های اقامتی خود را انتخاب می نمایند چرا که سفر از هر نوعی باشد در نهایت نیاز به مکانی جهت اقامت دارد و از میان انواع این اقامتگاه ها می توان به مدارس اشاره نمود که مورد استفاده گروه خاصی از جامعه یعنی کارکنان آموزش و پرورش و سایر مردم است. این مدارس هر ساله با استقبال بیشتری روبرو بوده به طوری که تعداد مدارس مورد استفاده شهر اصفهان درطی سال های 1386تا1388 از570 به654 و تعداد خانوار پذیرش شده از 36400 خانوار به 37730 خانوار و در سال 1389 به 39400 خانوار رسیده است. ولی از نظر جنبه های مختلف با مشکلات رفاهی، امنیتی، دسترسی و ... روبرو هستند. به همین منظور پژوهش حاضر به تشریح شرایط موجود پرداخته و به دنبال راهکارهایی جهت شناسایی و رفع این مشکلات می باشد تا با ارائه راه حل های مناسب بتوان این مکان ها را از وضعیت موجود به وضعیت مطلوبتری رساند. دراین مقاله به بررسی وضعیت مدارس و مسائل مدیریت اسکان آنها به عنوان یک اقامتگاه موقت گردشگری پرداخته شده است. نوع این پژوهش کاربردی است که با اطلاعات آن با پرسش نامه، مشاهده و مصاحبه تکمیل شده است. یافته های این پژوهش نشان می دهد با توجه به پراکندگی مدارس در سطح شهر، و سازمان یافتگی آنها توسط نهاد آموزش و پرورش، در صورت بهبود شرایط موجود و رفع مشکلات می تواند به عنوان یک اقامتگاه موقت گردشگری به وضعیت مطلوبتری برسد و رضایت بیشتر مسافرین را به دنبال داشته باشدMeasurement of the Feasibility of Esfahan's Schools as Temporary Residence for Nourooz Tourists
The city of Esfahan is a beautiful tourist city that attracts thousands of tourists yearly due to distinguished geographical positions and cultural and historical features. During Nourooz time, different classes of people visit this city. Each class chooses a different place to stay based on their especial condition sine trip of any kind requires a place to stay. Among many residences to stay, school is one that is mostly used by especial group of people, Staff of Education Ministry. The schools are welcome by people more and more annually in such a way that the number of schools used for this purpose has increased in 2007 from 570 to 654 schools in 2009, and the number of families has increases to 37730 from 36400 and 39400 in 2010. However, schools face different welfare, security, and accessibility… problems. To this end, the present research aims at explaining the current condition and seeks for strategies to identify and remove the problems so that it can present suitable solutions to improve the existing condition to a desirable level. The condition of schools as temporary places of residence has been discussed in present study that is an applied one. The data have been collected through questionnaire, observation, and interview. The findings reveal, regarding the dispersed condition of schools in the city and their organization, that if present condition is improved and the problems are removed, schools can have a more desirable condition and visitors can reach better satisfaction.
