اثربخشی مدل SEM بر غنی سازی آموزش و یادگیری دانش آموزان تیزهوش و بااستعداد مدارس عادی به کمک فناوری مبتنی بر شبکه

چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی مدل SEM بر غنی سازی آموزش و یادگیری دانش آموزان تیزهوش و بااستعداد در سطح مدارس عادی به کمک فناوری مبتنی بر شبکه صورت گرفت. پژوهش حاضر از نظر رویکرد، کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسی است. در مرحله نخست، از روش گروه کانونی با ۱۲ معلم برای طراحی فعالیت های غنی سازی بهره گرفته شد و در مرحله دوم، اثربخشی برنامه از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با ۲۰ نفر از والدین و به روش پدیدارشناسی ارزیابی گردید. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها برای سؤال اول پژوهش، از روش مقایسه مستمر و برای سؤال دوم پژوهش، از تحلیل مضمون برای کمک به مستندسازی و تحلیل یافته ها استفاده گردید. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که مدل SEM، چارچوبی منعطف و کارآمد برای بهبود مدارس است که می تواند متناسب با هر بستری بومی سازی شود. همچنین نتایج حاکی از آن بود که اجرای این مدل به کمک فناوری، دانش آموزان را درگیر یادگیری های عمیق، تفکر سطح بالا و تکالیف کاربردی می کند و رشد مهارت های شناختی، اجتماعی و رفتاری آنان را به طور معناداری تقویت می نماید. این طرح راهکاری عملی برای شکوفایی استعدادهای پنهان در نظام آموزش عمومی کشور ارائه می دهد.The Effectiveness of the SEM Model in Enriching Teaching and Learning of Gifted and Talented Students in Regular Schools through Network-Based Technology
This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the Schoolwide Enrichment Model (SEM) in enriching the teaching and learning experiences of gifted and talented students within regular school settings through the use of network-based technology. Employing a qualitative research approach grounded in phenomenology, the study was conducted in two phases. In the first phase, enrichment activities were designed using the focus group method with 12 teachers. In the second phase, the effectiveness of the program was evaluated through semi-structured interviews with 20 parents, utilizing a phenomenological framework. Data analysis was conducted using the constant comparative method for the first research question and thematic analysis for the second, to support systematic documentation and interpretation of findings. The results revealed that the SEM provides a flexible and effective framework for school improvement that can be localized to suit different educational contexts. Moreover, findings indicated that implementing this model through technology engages students in deep learning, higher-order thinking, and practical tasks, significantly enhancing their cognitive, social, and behavioral skills. Overall, the study offers a practical approach for fostering latent talents within the general education system.
