رابطه بین سواد اطلاعاتی با تعهد به تغییر و اشتیاق شغلی مدیران و معاونان مدارس ابتدایی شهر ملایر

چکیده
هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه بین سواد اطلاعاتی با تعهد به تغییر و اشتیاق شغلی مدیران و معاونان مدارس ابتدایی شهر ملایر بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود و جامعه آماری آن شامل تمامی مدیران و معاونان (زن و مرد) مدارس ابتدایی شهر ملایر به تعداد 120 نفر می شده است که در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 در مدارس ابتدایی این شهر مشغول به خدمت بوده اند. با توجه به اندک بودن حجم جامعه، همه افراد در مطالعه شرکت داده شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از مقیاس: سنجش سواد اطلاعاتی یزدانی (1392)، پرسشنامه تعهد به تغییر براتی و همکاران (1390) و پرسشنامه اشتیاق شغلی وزیرپناه (1391) استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های همبستگی پیرسون و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS ویرایش 22 تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بین متغیر «سواد اطلاعاتی» با متغیرهای «تعهد به تغییر» و «اشتیاق شغلی» مدیران و معاونان مدارس ابتدایی شهر ملایر رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد (05/0<P). همچنین معلوم شد که بیشتر مؤلفه های سواد اطلاعاتی با اکثر مؤلفه های تعهد به تغییر و اشتیاق شغلی رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارند.The Relationship between Information Literacy and Commitment to Change and Job Enthusiasm of Principals and Assistants of Primary Schools in Malayer city.
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between information literacy, commitment to change and job enthusiasm of principals and assistants of elementary schools in Malayer city. The research method was descriptive and correlational, and its statistical population included all principals and deputy principals (male and female) of elementary schools in Malayer city, totaling 120 people, who were working in elementary schools in this city in the academic year 2024-2025. Given the small size of the population, all individuals participated in the study. To collect data, the following scales were used: Yazdani Information Literacy Scale (2013), Barati et al. Commitment to Change Questionnaire (2011), and Vazirpanah Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (2012). The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation tests and SPSS version 22 software. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variable "information literacy" and the variables "commitment to change" and "job enthusiasm" of the principals and assistants of elementary schools in Malayer city (P<0.05). It was also found that most of the components of information literacy have a positive and significant relationship with most of the components of commitment to change and job enthusiasm.
