واکاوی هویت برنامه درسی آموزش عالی در عصر انقلاب صنعتی چهارم

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی هویت برنامه درسی آموزش عالی در عصر انقلاب صنعتی چهارم انجام شده است. روش پژوهش مطالعه موردی کیفی بوده است. مشارکت کنندگان بالقوه، اساتید صاحب نظر و متخصصین در حوزه های مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش بودند. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و از نوع موارد مطلوب مصاحبه با تعداد 18 نفر از مشارکت کنندگان صورت گرفت. برای تحلیل داده های حاصل از مصاحبه از روش تحلیل مضمون براون و کلارک استفاده گردیده است. بر طبق نتایج حاصل از مصاحبه 6 مضمون سازمان دهنده مرحله اول عبارتند از دگردیسی برنامه های درسی همسو با عصر انقلاب صنعتی چهارم، فناورانگی، نوآوری اجتماعی، ضرورت گفتمان برنامه درسی با صنعت 4.0، همگرایی رشته ها و اتمسفر میان رشته ای، برنامه درسی سیال و ارگانیک. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش حاضر دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزش عالی می بایست جهت مطابقت با الزامات و فضای عصر انقلاب صنعتی چهارم و همسو با ویژگی های مذکور برنامه های درسی خود را مورد بازطراحی و بازاندیشی قراردهند.Analyzing the Identity of the Higher Education Curriculum in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution
The current research was conducted to analyze the identity of the higher education curriculum in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The research method was a qualitative case study. The potential participants were expert professors and specialists in the fields related to the research topic. Eighteen participants were interviewed using the purposeful sampling method. Brown and Clark's thematic analysis method was used to analyze the data obtained from the interview. According to the results of the interview, the six organizing themes of the first stage are the transformation of curricula in line with the era of the fourth industrial revolution, technology, social innovation, the necessity of curriculum discourse with Industry 4.0, the convergence of disciplines and interdisciplinary atmosphere, and fluid and organic curriculum. Based on the current research findings, universities and higher education centers should redesign and rethink their curricula to meet the requirements and atmosphere of the fourth industrial revolution and align with the aforementioned characteristics.
