تأثیر پیامدهای تغییرات اقلیمی منطقه غرب آسیا بر چالش های منابع آبی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چکیده
در ط ی ده ه ه ای اخی ر افزایش جمعیت جهان و تغییرات آب وهوایی به عنوان اصلی ترین چالش منابع آبی برای صلح و امنیت بین الملل به همراه بوده است که کمبود آب به یکی از چالش های مهم امنیت زیست محیطی در سطح بین الملل تبدیل شده است. ازاین رو سازمان های مختلف در جهان به مطالعه ابعاد این تغییرات پرداخته اند که پیامدهای اجتماعی و سیاسی متنوعی ازفروسایی و فرسایش محیطی، گرمایش جهانی و کشمکش بر سر منابع آبی کانون مطالعات امنیتی قرن بیست ویک را موردتوجه قرار داده است. با توجه به آنچه مطرح شد، پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد توصیفی تحلیلی در پی پاسخ به این پرسش محوری است که پیامدهای تغییرات اقلیمی منطقه غرب آسیا چگونه بر چالش های منابع آبی جمهوری اسلامی ایران تأثیر می گذارد؟ این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی بوده و جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از روش مطالعات کتابخانه ای و انجام مصاحبه با خبرگان صورت پذیرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل جمعی از خبرگان و کارشناسان ژئوپلیتیک و امنیت زیست محیطی با حداقل سابقه ده سال کار تخصصی در مشاغل راهبردی و جمعی از اساتید دانشگاه های داعا و دافوس ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران با تخصص های مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش بوده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که تغییرات اقلیمی با چالش های عمده زیست محیطی همراه است که مهم ترین این چالش ها شامل بحران های مرتبط با منابع آبی، خشک سالی، گرمایش زمین، سیل و بیابانزایی موجب بحران منابع آبی و امنیت زیست محیطی را با چالش روبه رو کرده است.The impact of the consequences of climate change in the West Asian region on the challenges of water resources in the Islamic Republic of Iran
In recent decades, the increase in the world population and climate change have been the main challenges of water resources for international peace and security, and the lack of water has become one of the important challenges of environmental security at the international level. Therefore, various organizations in the world have studied the dimensions of these changes, which have taken into account various social and political consequences of environmental degradation, global warming, and conflict over water resources. According to what has been discussed, the current research with a descriptive and analytical approach seeks to answer the central question, how do the consequences of climate change in the West Asian region affect the water resources challenges of the Islamic Republic of Iran? This research is of applied type and data collection has been done using the method of library studies and conducting interviews with experts. The statistical population of the research included a group of experts and experts in geopolitics and environmental security with at least ten years of specialized work experience in strategic jobs and a group of professors from Da'a and Davos universities of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army with specializations related to the subject of the research. The findings of the research showed that climate change is associated with major environmental challenges, the most important of which include crises related to water resources, drought, global warming, floods, and desertification, which have caused the crisis of water resources and environmental security to face a challenge
