چکیده
بخش کشاورزی در ایران، با وجود پیشرفت ها و نقش حیاتی که در امنیت غذایی، اشتغال زایی، صادرات، صنایع غذایی و هم چنین تآمین مواد اولیه و غیره دارد، با چالش هایی مانند تکه تکه شدن اراضی، تخریب محیط زیست و ناپایداری نظام های بهره برداری مواجه است که بر تولید، توسعه روستایی، اشتغال و امنیت غذایی اثر می گذارد. نظام های بهره برداری کشاورزی، که اساس کشاورزی ایران را تشکیل می دهند، تحت تأثیر شرایط طبیعی، انسانی و تصمیمات سیاسی قرار دارند. تاریخچه نشان دهنده این می باشد که کشاورزی برای تأمین نیازهای بشر شکل گرفته و در مواجهه با چالش ها و تحولات، دچار ناهماهنگی بین واحدهای بزرگ و کوچک شده است برای بهبود نظام های بهره برداری کشاورزی، توجه به ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی و هم چنین پایداری این نظام ها حائز اهمیت است.. این مقاله که به روش مروری و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای و سایت های اینترنتی تهیه شده، به بررسی نظام های مختلف بهره برداری کشاورزی، به بیان ابعاد آن ها، چالش و تأثیر آن ها در بخش کشاورزی پرداخته است.A review of agricultural exploitation systems in Iran
The agricultural sector in Iran, despite its progress and its vital role in food security, employment generation, exports, food industries, as well as the supply of raw materials, etc., faces challenges such as land fragmentation, environmental degradation, and unsustainable exploitation systems that affect production, rural development, employment, and food security. Agricultural exploitation systems, which form the basis of Iranian agriculture, are influenced by natural and human conditions and political decisions. History shows that agriculture was formed to meet human needs and, in the face of challenges and developments, has suffered from inconsistencies between large and small units. In order to improve agricultural exploitation systems, it is important to pay attention to the economic, social, and environmental dimensions, as well as the sustainability of these systems. This article, which was prepared in a review method using library resources and Internet sites, examines different agricultural exploitation systems, expressing their dimensions, challenges, and impact on the agricultural sector.
