چکیده
بخشی از جمعیت جهان از نوعی معلولیت رنج می برند و تقریبا همه ی افراد، در یک دوره از زندگی خود ممکن است درجاتی از معلولیت جسمی و حرکتی را به دلیل آسیب های موقت استخوانی و ... تجربه کنند. برهمین اساس محیط های شهری باید به نیاز شهروندان به حضور و بهره مندی از زندگی شهری در دوره های معلولیت پاسخگو باشند. موضوعی که هرچند ضرورت آن بدیهی به نظر میرسد ولی به صورت اجرایی راهکارهای انجام آن در حوزه شهرسازی نیازمند تدقیق است. بدین منظور هدف از انجام این پژوهش مدل سازی اجرایی شهر بی مانع بود که با به کارگیری مانیتورینگ و مدلینگ فضای شهری بدون مانع به انجام رسیده است در این پژوهش عملیاتی ، براساس متون تخصصی، اسناد قانونی داخلی و بین المللی شاخص های دسترس پذیری محیط استخراج شده اند و سپس با برداشت میدانی، خصوصیات کالبدی نقاط واقع در فضاهای عمومی شهر خمین برداشت و با ایجاد بانک داده های مکانی با کمک نرم افزارهای Office Excel ، AutoCAD2018 و ArcMap10.5 و نهایتا تحلیل وضعیت موانع و تبیین ساختار اصلی شهر صورت پذیرفته است و در نتیجه گیری پایانی روند راهبردی تشریح سیاست گذاری مکانی برای ایجاد شهر بدون مانع در شهر خمین تشریح شده است.Conceptual explanation and executive modeling process of the barrier-free city (case study: Khomeyn)
A part of the world's population suffers from some kind of disability, and almost all people, in one period of their life, may experience some degree of physical and movement disability due to temporary bone injuries, etc. On this basis, urban environments should respond to the needs of citizens to attend and benefit from urban life during periods of disability. Although the necessity of it seems obvious, the practical solutions to do it in the field of urban planning need to be checked. For this purpose, the purpose of this research was the executive modeling of the barrier-free city, which was achieved by using monitoring and modeling of the barrier-free urban space. In this operational research, based on specialized texts, domestic and international legal documents, environmental accessibility indicators have been extracted, and then by field sampling, the physical characteristics of the points located in the public spaces of Khomeyn city were collected and by creating a spatial data bank with the help of Office Excel, AutoCAD 2018 and ArcMap 10.5 software And finally, the analysis of the situation of obstacles and the explanation of the main structure of the city has been done, and in the final conclusion, the strategic process of describing the location policy to create a city without obstacles in Khomeyn has been explained.
