چکیده
نظمیه بوشهر یکی از نهادهای جدید در دولت پهلوی اول بود که دولت وقت از این نهاد به منظور تثبیت سلطه و نفوذ خود در بوشهر بهره می برد. این پژوهش درپی آنست تا به نقش و تأثیرگذاری نظمیه بوشهر در برقراری نظم و امنیت بپردازد. پژوهش با روش تاریخی و رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی و با تکیه بر منابع کتابخانه ای و اسناد آرشیوی و متکی بر گزارش های رسمی دولتی انجام گرفته است. گزارش های رسمی نشان می دهد که نظمیه بوشهر و رؤسای نخستین آن در سال های آغازین فعالیت با مشکلات و معضلات گوناگونی چون عدم بودجه و منابع مالی مناسب جهت تامین نیروی نظامی و همچنین ناتوانی در هماهنگی با کلانتران بوشهر و سایر ارگان های همسو در نظارت بر شهر روبه رو بودند اما به مرور با تثبیت و تعریف جایگاه نظمیه در امور انتظامی بوشهر توانستند امنیت نسبی را در بوشهر برقرار سازند. با این حال گزارش های غیر رسمی در مواردی در تعارض با گزارش های رسمی است.Order and its role in ensuring the security of Bushehr during the first Pahlavi period (1320-1304 AH)

It happened. This research seeks to address the role and influence of the Bushehr order in establishing order and security. The research was carried out using a descriptive-analytical method and relying on library sources and archival documents. The results of the research show that the Bushehr order and its first leaders in the years At the beginning of the activity, they were faced with various problems and dilemmas, such as the lack of adequate budget and financial resources to provide the military force, as well as the failures of the Bushehr Sheriff and other related organizations in monitoring the city, but over time, with the stabilization and definition of the place of order in the police affairs of Bushehr, by the central government, it was able to establish order and security in its defense area and, despite the weakness and indecisiveness of its human force, to a large extent, it improved urban security and order in Bushehr.
