چکیده
پدیده درخواست میزبانی رویدادهای بزرگ بخشی از استراتژی های توسعه ی شهرها و کشورها شده است. امروزه شهرهای زیادی درصدد برگزاری رویدادهای بزرگ به عنوان راهی برای توسعه پایدار شان توجه می کنند و درخواست دادن میزبانی این رویدادهای بزرگ ابزاری برای تحریک و شروع به حرکت سریع تر و مؤثرتر ماشین توسعه است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی پیشران های آینده کسب میزبانی رویدادهای بین المللی ورزشی بود. این پژوهش از لحاظ راهبرد هدف گذاری کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی-تحلیلی و براساس روش های آینده پژوهی، تبیینی می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را شامل اساتید دانشگاه رشته مدیریت ورزشی، مسئولین وزارت ورزش و مسئولین فدراسیون ها که سابقه برگزاری مسابقات و حضور در مسابقات بین المللی را دارند تشکیل می دادند. انتخاب این افراد به صورت هدفمند بود و تعداد آن ها برابر با 20 نفر بود. جهت شناسایی موضوعات مؤثر بر آینده کسب میزبانی رویدادهای بین المللی ورزشی از مرور ادبیات تحقیق و همچنین مصاحبه با صاحب نظران استفاده شد و مبتنی بر آن تعداد 24 مؤلفه نهایی در ارتباط با آینده کسب میزبانی رویدادهای بین المللی ورزشی شناسایی گردید. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که 24 عامل به عنوان مولفه های موثر در آینده کسب میزبانی رویدادهای بین المللی ورزشی هستند. براساس یافته های تحقیق چهار متغیر روابط دیپلماتیک (دیپلماسی ورزشی)، وجود جاذبه های توریستی، زیرساخت های ورزشی، زیرساخت های شهری وکشوری جزء پیشران های کلیدی کسب میزبانی رویدادهای بین المللی ورزشی در آینده می-باشند چرا که هم اهمیت و عدم قطعیت بالایی را برای خود ثبت کرده بودند. براین مبنا در برنامه ریزی های آتی و تعیین سناریوهای محتمل پیش روی لازم است مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.Identify future drivers for hosting international sporting events
The phenomenon of requesting to host big events has become part of the development strategies of cities and countries. Today, many cities are trying to hold big events as a way for their sustainable development, and requesting to host these big events is a tool to stimulate and start moving the development machine faster and more effectively. The purpose of this research was to identify the future drivers of hosting international sports events. This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of practical targeting strategy and descriptive-analytical based on future research methods. The statistical population of this research consisted of university professors in the field of sports management, officials of the Ministry of Sports and officials of federations who have a history of holding competitions and participating in international competitionss affecting the future of hosting international sports events, a review of research literature and interviews with experts were used, and based on that, 24 final components were identified in relation to the future of hosting international sports events. The obtained results showed that 24 factors are effective components in the future of hosting international sports events. Based on the findings of the research, the four variables of diplomatic relations (sports diplomacy), the existence of tourist attractions, sports infrastructures, urban and country infrastructures are among the key drivers of acquiring the hosting of international sports events in the future, because both the importance and the uncertainty They had registered the highest for themselves.
