چکیده
مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین و سطح بندی فرصت های حضور بانوان ورزشکار نخبه مسلمان جمهوری اسلامی ایران در رویدادهای بین المللی ورزشی بود. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از منظر هدف، کاربردی؛ از نظر ماهیت، تحقیقات آمیخته بود. در بخش اول پژوهش از نظریه داده بنیاد و رویکرد گلیزر استفاده شد. در بخش دوم با استفاده از مدل ساختاری تفسیری به اولویت بندی عوامل پرداخته شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش متشکل از متخصصان و صاحب نظران حوزه های علوم ورزشی و علوم اجتماعی دارای مرتبه علمی و آشنا به حوزه ورزش بانوان بود. در مجموع 18 مصاحبه انجام گرفت تا داده ها به اشباع نظری رسیدند؛ همچنین در بخش ساختاری تفسیری، پرسشنامه ماتریسی ایسم توسط 9 نفر تکمیل شد. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد در مجموع 32 کد باز در قالب شش مفهوم و دو مقوله اصلی عوامل نگرشی و عوامل بیرونی به عنوان فرصت های فراروی بانوان نخبه ورزشکار مسلمان جمهوری اسلامی ایران وجود دارد و نتایج مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری نشان داد که ابعاد در چهار سطح قرار داشتند که در پایین ترین سطح تغییرات ساختاری و تغییر نسلی مهم ترین مؤلفه در بالاترین سطح بود. نتیجه گیری: در یک نتیجه گیری کلی باید ذکر کرد که فرصت های پیش روی بانوان نخبه ورزشکار مسلمان در کشور، تحت تأثیر مسائل مختلفی ایجاد شده است و آنچه اهمیت دارد، توجه و برجسته کردن فرصت هاست، چراکه در رویدادهای بین المللی ورزشی، بانوان ما سهم اندکی از مدال ها را دارند، درصورتی که به وسیله این فرصت ها، می توان نقطه ضعف را به نقطه قوت تبدیل کرد .Explanation and Stratification of the Opportunities of Elite Muslim Female Athletes of the Islamic Republic of Iran in International Sports Events
Introduction: The purpose of the current research was to explain and stratify the opportunities of elite Muslim female athletes of the Islamic Republic of Iran in international sports events.
Methods: This research is practical from the point of view of purpose; In terms of nature, the research was mixed. In the first part of the research, foundational data theory and Glaser approach were used, in the second part, factors were prioritized using an interpretive structural model. The statistical population of this research consisted of experts and experts in sports and social sciences, sociologists of sports sciences and sports elites with academic rank and favorable work experience, and members of the faculty of sports management familiar with the field of women's sports. A total of 18 interviews were conducted virtually until the data reached theoretical saturation; also, in the interpretative structural section, the ISEM matrix questionnaire was completed by 9 people.
Results: The findings show in total. There are 32 open codes in the form of 6 concepts and 2 main categories of attitudinal factors and external factors as opportunities for elite Muslim female athletes of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the results of interpretative structural modeling showed that the dimensions were in four levels, which were at the lowest level of changes. Structural and generational change was the most important component at the highest level.
Conclusion: In a general conclusion, it should be mentioned that the opportunities for elite Muslim sportswomen in the country have been created under the influence of various issues in the country, and what is important is that these opportunities should not be passed up easily. Because in big sports events, our women's sport has a small share of medals, if by means of these opportunities, the weakness can be turned into a strength.
