Improving transparency in administrative processes, this technology can achieve a more efficient, accurate, and fair judicial system. However, to fully leverage the benefits of AI, its ethical and legal challenges must be carefully studied and addressed. Analyzing the cases of several countries has revealed innovative approaches using AI to analyze legal data, predict judicial outcomes, generate smart legislation, and facilitate the judicial process. The ethical challenges and concerns arising from the use of AI in public law are also analyzed, including privacy, discrimination, and the need for transparency. This raises an important question: What is the role of AI in smart legislation? This article, using a descriptive and analytical approach, examines the applications of AI in public law, particularly its role in smart legislation.
