چکیده
با توجه به افزایش روزافزون نرخ بیکاری، مداخلات مشاوره ای شغلی می توانند نقش حیاتی در انجام اقدامات لازم جهت مقابله با این بحران ایفا کنند. علی رغم تحقیقات گسترده در مورد مداخله های مشاوره شغلی برای افراد بیکار در یک قرن گذشته در جهان، این حیطه در داخل مرزهای کشور فاقد مطالعه منظم و سیستماتیک بوده و اغلب بر نظریات محدود تأکید داشته است. جهت دست یابی به طبقه بندی و شناخت بهتر اقداماتی که تاکنون در این زمینه صورت گرفته، یک مرور سیستماتیک از سال های 1398 تا تیرماه 1403 و 2018 تا 2023 میلادی صورت گرفت. نتایج کمک کرد تا دیدگاه های نظری برجسته اتخاذشده در مداخلات طی این پنج سال بررسی و مهم ترین مداخلات و متغیرها شناسایی و همچنین گروه های هدف در مداخلات ویژه بیکاران مشخص شوند. این بررسی همچنین کمک کرد محدودیت های تحقیقاتی مهم را شناسایی و شکاف های پژوهشی امیدوارکننده پیشنهاد شود. با تکیه بر این بینش ها، یک دستور کار تحقیقاتی آینده ایجاد می شود که فرصت هایی را برای پیشرفت مفهومی، نظری و تجربی تحقیقات مداخلات مشاوره ای شغلی برای بیکاران برجسته می کند.A Review of Career Counseling Interventions for the Unemployed: From Skill to Support on the Career
Considering the increasing unemployment rate, career counseling interventions can play a vital role in implementing necessary actions to address this crisis. Despite extensive research on career counseling interventions for unemployed individuals over the past century worldwide, this field has lacked systematic and regular study within the country's borders, often emphasizing limited theories. To achieve a better classification and understanding of the actions taken in this area so far, a systematic review was conducted from 2019 to July 2024 and from 2018 to 2023. The results helped examine the prominent theoretical perspectives adopted in interventions during these five years, identify the most significant interventions and variables, and specify the target groups in interventions aimed at the unemployed. This review also aided in identifying important research limitations and suggesting promising research gaps. Based on these insights, a future research agenda is created that highlights opportunities for conceptual, theoretical, and empirical advancement in career counseling interventions for the unemployed.
