نقد هستی شناسانه نظریه کردارگرایی سیاست بین الملل

چکیده
نظریه، مهم ترین ابزار تحلیل افعال انسانی و پدیده های روابط بین الملل است. کردارگرایی یکی از جدیدترین تلاش هایی است که در حوزه نظریه پردازی روابط بین الملل صورت گرفته و طرفداران زیادی را نیز به خود جلب نموده است. کردارگرایی بیش از آن که به عنوان یک نظریه ساختارمند و دارای مفصل بندی مشخص و متعلق به شخص خاصی تلقی شود، یک زمینه ی تئوریک جدید با مباحث فرانظری خاص خود به شمار می آید. به طور کلی؛ تمرکز اصلی کردارگرایی، بر تحلیل مناسبات سیاست بین الملل از طریق برجسته سازی رویه ها و الگوهای مشخصی است که افعال انسانی در چارچوب آن ها به وقوع می پیوندند. بدون شک مهم ترین عنصر فرانظری هر چارچوب تئوریکی؛ مبانی هستی شناسانه آن می باشد. برهمین اساس، در این پژوهش با شرح مبانی هستی شناسانه نظریه کردارگرایی درصدد پاسخ گویی به این پرسش اساسی می باشیم که: چه انتقاداتی و در چه ابعادی به مبانی هستی شناسی شبه نظریه کردارگرایی وارد است و در صورت امکان، چگونه می توان این ایرادات را مرتفع نمود؟ فرضیه ی مورد سنجش نیز به این شرح است که: کردارگرایی علی رغم ادعای طرفدارانش، از یک هستی شناسی مستقل برخوردار نیست و تأکید بر رویه های بدن مند متداول و افعال الگومند رایج در تعاملات بین المللی، در نهایت بیان دیگری از برساختگی جهان اجتماعی؛ با اتخاد یک رویکرد سازه انگارانه است و اساساً یک فهم عمیق سازه انگارانه، تمامی ادعاهای هستی شناسانه کرداراگرایان را، به خوبی تبیین می کند و در حقیقت، کردارگرایی را باید در ذیل سازه انگاری و نه حتی نوسازه انگاری بررسی نمود. روش انجام این پژوهش، تحلیلی-تبیینی و با تأکید بر نقد آراء کردارگرایان می باشد.Ontological criticism of Practice Theory of international politics
Theory is the most important tool for analyzing human actions and phenomena of international relations. Practice Theory is one of the most recent efforts in the field of theorizing international relations and has attracted many fans. Rather than being considered as a structured and articulated theory belonging to a specific person, Practice Theory, is considered a new theoretical field with its own metatheoretical issues. Generally; The main focus of This Theory is on the analysis of international political relations by highlighting specific procedures and patterns in which human actions take place. Undoubtedly, the most important metatheoretical element of any theoretical framework; It is its ontological basis. Based on this, in this research, by describing the ontological foundations of the Practice theory, we are trying to answer this basic question: What are the criticisms and in what dimensions are the ontological foundations of the Practice theory and, if possible, how can these flaws be resolved? The tested hypothesis is as follows: despite the claim of its supporters, the Practice Theory does not have an independent ontology and the emphasis on common bodily procedures and standard verbs in international interactions is ultimately another expression of the construction of the social world; By adopting a constructivist approach and basically a deep constructivist understanding, it explains all the ontological claims of Practice Theory well, and in fact, This Theory should be examined under constructivism and not even neo-constructivism. The method of conducting this research is Analytical-Explanatory and with an emphasis on criticizing the views of practicalists.
