نقش پلیس بین المللی فراجا در استرداد مجرمین با تاکید بر قوانین موضوعه

چکیده
با گسترش یافتن جوامع و توسعه ی شهری وقوع جرایم در سراسر جهان با گستردگی روزافزونی روبرو گردیده است . جرایم سازمان یافته ، وقوع برخی جرایم جهانی همانند تروریسم ، قاچاق انسان ، نسل کشی ، پولشویی و.......، پدیدار شدن گروه های تبهکاری و مافیاهای بزرگ در سراسر جهان از عمده ترین دلایل برای گسترش یافتن جرم در دنیا می باشد . در این راستا و به منظور مقابله نمودن با مجرمان مختلف ، دولت های گوناگونی تصمیم بر این امر گرفتند که یک سازمان بین المللی جنایی (اینترپل ) را تاسیس نمایند . درواقع این سازمان بین المللی نقطه ی پیوند 192 کشور در سراسر جهان می باشد که بموجب قراردادی در زمینه ی مقابله با تبهکاری و استرداد نمودن مجرمان به کشورهای دیگر همکاری های لازم را انجام می دهند . بنابراین اینترپل محلی برای تبادل اطلاعات می باشد و می تواند در زمینه ی استرداد مجرمین نقش بسزایی را ایفا کند . ما نیز در پژوهش فوق که به روش تحلیلی – توصیفی و با استفاده از ابزار کتابخانه ای فراهم گردیده است برآنیم تا بتوانیم جایگاه پلیس بین الملل در کشور ایران را بشناسیم و در کنار آن با ساز و کار اینترپل در رابطه با استرداد مجرمان آشنایی پیدا کنیم .The Role of the International Police of the Law Enforcement Command of the Islamic Republic of Iran (FARAJA) in the Extradition of Criminals, with Emphasis on Applicable Laws
As societies have expanded and urbanization has developed, the incidence of crimes worldwide has increasingly grown. Organized crime, the emergence of global crimes such as terrorism, human trafficking, genocide, money laundering, and ....... , the rise of criminal gangs and large mafias across the globe, are among the primary reasons for the global spread of crime. In response to this, and in order to combat various criminals, different countries decided to establish an international criminal organization (Interpol). This international body essentially serves as a point of connection for 192 countries worldwide, cooperating through agreements on crime prevention and the extradition of criminals. Therefore, Interpol acts as a platform for information exchange and plays a crucial role in the extradition process. In the present research, which is conducted using an analytical-descriptive method and library-based resources, we aim to explore the role of Interpol in Iran and, alongside this, to familiarize ourselves with its mechanisms for the extradition of criminals.
