چکیده
هوش مصنوعی و فناوری های نوین در سال های اخیر تحولات زیادی را در حوزه های مختلف زندگی بشری ایجاد کرده اند. یکی از مهم ترین کاربردهای این فناوری ها، پیشگیری از جرم است که با استفاده از الگوریتم های هوش مصنوعی می توان به شناسایی و پیش بینی رفتارهای مجرمانه و جلوگیری از وقوع آن ها پرداخت. بررسی جایگاه هوش مصنوعی در پیشگیری از جرم و چالش های مربوط به آن، می تواند تا حد زیادی در اتخاذ تدابیر پیشگیرانه، موثر واقع گردد. توانایی های هوش مصنوعی در تحلیل داده های کلان، شبیه سازی رفتار انسان ها و پیش بینی وقوع جرایم، قابلیت های بی نظیری هستند که با رشد چشم گیر فناوری، بسیاری از نیازهای انسان را مرتفع کرده و به عنوان بازوی کمکی در حل نیازهای آدمی شناخته می شوند. از این بیشتر، چالش هایی همچون دقت داده ها، حریم خصوصی و مسائل اخلاقی در استفاده از این فناوری ها، می بایست مورد توجه قرار گیرند. بررسی استفاده از هوش مصنوعی در حوزه های مختلف پیشگیری از جرم مانند جرایم سایبری، جنایات و جرایم مالی نیز از موضوعاتی است که اهمیت آن در دنیای امروز، دوچندان است. به نظر می رسد که با نظارت دقیق، مدیریت صحیح داده ها و تدوین قوانین و چهارچوب های اخلاقی مناسب، می توان از پتانسیل های هوش مصنوعی برای پیشگیری از جرم بهره برداری کرد و امنیت اجتماعی را ارتقاء بخشید.Reflection on the Trend of Artificial Intelligence in Crime Prevention

Examining the role of artificial intelligence in crime prevention and its related challenges can be highly effective in adopting preventive measures. Artificial intelligence's capabilities in analyzing big data, simulating human behavior, and predicting the occurrence of crimes are unique capabilities that, with the significant growth of technology, have met many human needs and are known as an auxiliary arm in solving human needs. Furthermore, challenges such as data accuracy, privacy, and ethical issues in the use of these technologies must be addressed. Examining the use of artificial intelligence in various areas of crime prevention such as cybercrime, crimes, and financial crimes is also an issue that is doubly important in today's world. It seems that with careful monitoring, proper data management, and the development of appropriate laws and ethical frameworks, the potential of artificial intelligence can be exploited to prevent crime and enhance social security.
