چکیده
در حوزه حقوق بشر، رویکرد بین رشته ای به موضوع به جای تحلیل های صرفاً حقوقی، به طور فزاینده ای رایج شده است. بنابراین، لازم است تحقیقاتی در مورد استعمارزدایی از حقوق بشر انجام شود. هدف این مقاله، بررسی چالش های سیاسی، اقتصادی و فلسفی در نظریه پردازی حقوق بشر و صلح از دیدگاه جنوب جهانی است. بخش اول این مقاله، گفتگویی بین نظریه انتقادی حقوق بشر و اندیشه استعمارزدایی را مطرح می کند و به تاریخ استعمار پرداخته و آن را به مباحث جاری در زمینه حقوق بشر پیوند می دهد. بخش دوم مقاله، تحلیلی از استعمارزدایی جنسیتی در جهان با پیشنهادی برای دیدگاه فرامدرن حقوق بشر و فمینیسم است.The Crisis of Human Rights and Decolonization
In the field of human rights, it is becoming increasingly more common to have a transdisciplinary approach to the subject as opposed to one that is usually limited to a legal analysis. It is thus necessary to conduct research on the decolonization of human rights. The purpose of this article is to bring about the political, economic and philosophical challenges to the way in which human rights and peace are theorized, all brought about from the perspective of the Global South. The first part of this article poses a dialogue between critical human rights theory and decolonial thought, delving into the history of colonialism and linking it to the current debates that take place in the legal setting of human rights. The second part of the article is an analysis on the coloniality of gender in the world with a proposal for a transmodern view of human rights and feminism.
