شناسایی چالش های نظام یادگیری الکترونیکی در آموزش عالی

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی چالش های نظام یادگیری الکترونیکی در آموزش عالی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی و از منظر گردآوری یافته ها با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی و به کارگیری روش تحقیق پدیدارشناسی توصیفی صورت پذیرفته است. میدان پژوهش شامل کلیه اعضای هیئت علمی تمام وقت و وابسته است که در مؤسسه آموزش عالی مهر البرز به عنوان اولین نهاد آموزش عالی الکترونیکی ایران مشغول به کار بوده اند که علاوه بر تخصص در حوزه یادگیری الکترونیکی دارای بیش از 5 سال سابقه تدریس در محیط الکترونیکی نیز بوده اند. یافته های پژوهش از طریق ابزار مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته گردآوری و پس از حصول اطمینان از اشباع نظری با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا موردبررسی عمیق تر قرارگرفته اند. نتایج تحلیل یافته ها منجر به شناسایی 12 چالش مرتبط با نظام یادگیری الکترونیکی شده است که عبارت اند از؛ چالش های مرتبط با مدرس، فراگیر، دستیار آموزشی، روش تدریس در محیط الکترونیکی، تولید محتوی الکترونیکی، شیوه ارزشیابی در محیط الکترونیکی، نظام پشتیبانی در محیط الکترونیکی، تعامل در محیط الکترونیکی، نظام آموزش و توانمندسازی ذی نفعان کلیدی، اهداف و استراتژی های دانشگاه، فرهنگ یادگیری الکترونیکی و درنهایت چالش های مرتبط با فناوری. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق حاضر ضروری است متصدیان و سیاست گذاران مؤسسه عالی مهر البرز در راستای افزایش میزان اثربخشی و بهبود مستمر کیفیت فرایند یاددهی-یادگیری در محیط الکترونیکی، سازوکارهای عملیاتی بر اساس اهم چالش های شناسایی شده طراحی، اجرا و مورد ارزیابی مستمر قرار دهند.Identifying E-Learning Challenges in Higher Education
The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the challenges of the electronic learning system in higher education. The method of the present research has been carried out in terms of practical purpose and from the point of view of gathering findings using a qualitative approach and applying the descriptive phenomenological research method. The field of research includes all full-time and affiliated faculty members who have been working in Mehr Alborz Higher Education Institute as the first electronic higher education institution in Iran, who, in addition to expertise in the field of electronic learning, have more than 5 years of teaching experience in the electronic environment.. The findings of the research were collected through semi-structured interview tools and after ensuring theoretical saturation, they were analyzed more deeply using the content analysis method. The results of the analysis of the findings have led to the identification of 12 challenges related to the electronic learning system, which are: Challenges related to lecturer, learner, teaching assistant, teaching method in electronic environment, electronic content production, evaluation method in electronic environment, support system in electronic environment, interaction in electronic environment, education system and empowerment of key stakeholders, goals and strategies of the university, culture E-learning and finally challenges related to technology were presented.
