ضرورت واکاوی مناسبات تکنولوژی و ارزش ها در ایران (مقاله پژوهشی حوزه)

چکیده
بررسی تاریخ تحولات علمی تکنیکی ایران حاکی از درک وارونه ما از تحولات دنیای غرب است؛ چراکه نخستین مسائل ما در سطح جهانی، مسئله تکنولوژی سپس نظام آموزشی (در قالب دارالفنون) و در ادامه نظام سیاسی (مشروطه) بود. آنگاه لایه های فلسفی و حقوقی آن به تدریج و با تاخیر بسیار از راه ترجمه پاره ای از مباحث معرفتی و فلسفی وارد ایران شد. ازجمله عوامل این آسیب شناختی و درک وارونه، فهم نادرست ماهیت تکنولوژی در ایران است. واکاوی نسبت میان تکنولوژی و ارزش ها، پیوستگی و تناسب لایه های تکنیکی دنیای غرب با لایه های معرفتی و نگرشی آن را آشکارتر و نوع مواجهه ما با تکنولوژی های غربی را عمیق تر می سازد. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد در زیست فرهنگی و اجتماعی کشور ما هنوز رویکرد غالب به تکنولوژی، یا ابزاری است یا جبرآمیز و همین امر درک مناسبات تکنولوژی و ارزش ها در ایران را با مشکلات جدی همراه ساخته؛ از این رو در این مقاله به روش اسنادی تحلیلی، نخست تعاریف مختلف تکنولوژی ناظر به مسئله مناسبات تکنولوژی و ارزش ها، صورت بندی سپس در پرتو تعریف برگزیده از تکنولوژی، ضرورتِ مسئله از منظر تاریخی، فرهنگی، حقوقی، آموزشی و واردات تکنولوژی در ایران ارائه شده. در پایان پیشنهادهای پژوهشی برای درک درست مسئله ی ذکرشده بیان شده است.The Necessity of Analyzing the Relationship Between Technology and Values in Iran
The study of the history of scientific and technological transformations in Iran reveals an inverted understanding of Western developments. Our primary global challenges began with the issue of technology, followed by the educational system (embodied in Dar al-Funun), and later the political system (the Constitutional Movement). Subsequently, the philosophical and legal layers of these transformations were gradually introduced into Iran, often with significant delay, through the translation of certain epistemological and philosophical discussions. Among the factors contributing to this flawed understanding and inverted perception is the incorrect comprehension of the nature of technology in Iran. Analyzing the relationship between technology and values highlights the interconnectedness and alignment of the technical layers of the Western world with its epistemological and worldview layers, providing a deeper perspective on how we engage with Western technologies. The research findings indicate that in Iran’s cultural and social life, the dominant approach to technology remains either instrumental or deterministic. This has created significant challenges in understanding the relationship between technology and values in Iran. Therefore, using an analytical-documentary method, this article first categorizes various definitions of technology concerning the relationship between technology and values. Based on the selected definition of technology, it then discusses the significance of the issue from historical, cultural, legal, educational, and technological importation perspectives in Iran. Finally, the article offers research suggestions for a proper understanding of this issue.
