چکیده
پول از عناصر زندگی بشر است که در زمان های مختلف شکل های متفاوتی از آن رایج بوده است. یکی از انواع دارایی های دیجیتال نو ظهور که اصطلاح پول به آنها اطلاق شده است، رمزارزها هستند. گسترش فناوری بلاک چین وانواع ارزهای رمزنگاری شده، بسیاری از بانک های مرکزی را در سراسر دنیا به انجام پژوهش هایی برای صدور ارز دیجیتال سوق داده است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تدوین راهبردهای به کارگیری رمزارز ملی در سیستم بانکی می باشد. جمع آوری داده ها از راه مطالعات کتابخانه ای و مصاحبه با خبرگان انجام شده است. براساس نتایج حاصل، پرسش نامه ای شامل نقاط قوت و ضعف سیستم بانکی و فرصت ها و تهدیدات پیش روی آن تدوین و به وسیله اعضای نمونه آماری تکمیل شده است. با استفاده از نرم افزار اس پی اس اس1 هر گروه از این عوامل به ترتیب اهمیت اولویت بندی شد ه و با استفاده از ماتریس سوات2 راهبردهای به کارگیری و توسعه رمزارز ملی استخراج شده است. راهبرد انتشار رمزارز ملی بر بستر بلاک چین داخلی به وسیله بانک مرکزی با پشتوانه پول ملی، طلا و ذخایر خارجی آن و با مشارکت بانک های تجاری، مهم ترین و انتشار رمزارز مشترک با همسایگان و شرکای تجاری بر بستر بلاک چین مشترک برای آسان سازی مبادلات پولی بین طرفین به عنوان کم اهمیت ترین راهبرد انتخاب شده است. Money is one of the elements of human life that has been common in different forms at different times. One type of emerging digital asset known as money is cryptocurrencies. The development of block chain technology and cryptocurrencies has led many central banks around the world to conduct economic and legal researchs on digital currency issuances. The purpose of this study is to develop strategies for using national Cryptocurrency in the banking system. Data collection was done through library studies and interviews with experts. Based on the results, a questionnaire including the strengths and weaknesses of the banking system and the opportunities and threats has been developed and completed by members of the statistical sample. Using SPSS software, each of these factors has been prioritized in order of importance, and using the SWOT matrix, the strategies of using national Cryptocurrency have been developed. The strategy of issuing national cryptocurrencies on the basis of internal blockchain by the central bank with the support of national currency, gold and its foreign reserves and with the participation of commercial banks, the most important and publishing common cryptocurrencies with neighbors and trading partners on the basis of common blockchain for facilitating monetary exchanges has been chosen as the least important strateg.
