روندهای ژئوپلتیک موثر بر ایران (باتکیه بر نورآباد فارس)

چکیده
نورآباد فارس همانند سایر فضاهای جغرافیایی متأثر از روندهای ژئوپلتیک شده است. هم در مقیاس همسایه ای و هم فراسرزمینی، این روند بر آن تاثیر گذاشته است. در این بین بازیگر فعال ایران، خیلی می-توانست بر این روند، اثر گذارد و دست کم تا مرز کشورهای حوزه عربی خلیج فارس، نقش آفرین و حداکثر، به عنوان نقش آفرین جهانی سر بر آورد. به طور کلی این روندها، کشور ایران و همچنین در مقیاس درون سرزمین، نورآباد فارس را متأثر ساخته است و ناگهان، نیروی انسانی نخبه آن، متوجه شد که مسلط به زبان اول جهان نیست و دچار انزوا و از شبکه جهانی دور مانده است. در کنار روندهای ژئوپلتیک موثر، تغییرات آب و هوایی و خشک سالی، این انسان (ایرانی و نورآباد فارس) را آسیب پذیر و شرایط را برای آن سخت و چالشی کرد. روندهای ژئوپلتیک آن دسته نیروها هستند که توسط بازیگران ساخته می شوند و بر فضای های کشوری و درون کشوری تأثیر می گذارند. گاه روندهای ژئوپلتیک، باعث توسعه یافتگی می شود، در این صورت که کشورها توسط حکمرانی سنجیده در جهت ِروندها گام و در آن هضم می شوند اما اکثراً باعث توسعه-نیافتگی شده است چراکه حکمرانی علیه روندها بوده و یا درتقابل با آن قرار می گیرند. بنابراین می توان گفت به موازات کشورداری متکی به درون، روندهای ژئوپلتیک باعث انزوای سرزمینی ایران و عقب ماندن از شبکه ارتباطی و گستره یکپارچه جغرافیایی شده است.Geopolitical Trends Affecting Iran (Case Study: Nourabad of Fars)

In the meantime, the active actor of Iran could have greatly influenced this trend and emerged as a global player at least up to the border of the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf, and at most, as a global player. Along with the effective geopolitical trends, climate change and drought made this human (Iranian and Nourabad of Fars) vulnerable and made the conditions difficult and challenging for them. Geopolitical trends are those forces that are created by actors and affect national and intra-national spaces. Sometimes geopolitical trends cause development, in which case countries are guided by measured governance in the direction of the trends and are absorbed in them, but most often they cause underdevelopment because governance is against the trends or is in conflict with them. Therefore, it can be said that in parallel with inward-oriented statecraft, geopolitical trends have caused Iran's territorial isolation and backwardness from the communication network and integrated geographical scope.
