ارزیابی شاخص های خدمات شهری در مناطق کلان شهر کرمانشاه

چکیده
خدمات شهری به عنوان ابزار مدیریت توسعه شهری و عامل اصلی تداوم حیات شهری است که بدون آن زندگی شهروندان از فعالیت باز می ماند. توزیع عادلانه ی خدمات می تواند از یک سو شهر را به سمت توسعه ی پایدار سوق دهد و از سوی دیگر نوعی تعادل در پراکنش جمعیت به همراه داشته باشد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش ارزیابی شاخص های خدمات شهری در مناطق هشت گانه کلان شهر کرمانشاه می باشد که گردآوری اطلاعات و داده ها به صورت کتابخانه ای و اسنادی صورت گرفته است و با استفاده از روش MEREC هشت شاخص استفاده شده در پژوهش وزن دهی و سنجش و رتبه-بندی مناطق با استفاده از مدل CoCoSo انجام شده است. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با مدل کوکوسو نشان می دهد؛ امتیاز K ( بیانگر جمع میانگین هندسی و میانگین حسابی سه استراتژی Ka، Kb و Kc می باشد) هر گزینه ای بزرگتر باشد نشان از برتری آن گزینه دارد به طوری که منطقه هشت با بیشترین امتیاز مقدار 82/2 در رتبه اول، منطقه یک با امتیاز 59/2 در رتبه دوم، منطقه چهار با امتیاز 52/2 در رتبه سوم، منطقه دو با امتیاز 47/2 در رتبه چهارم، منطقه شش با امتیاز 33/2 در رتبه پنجم، منطقه هفت با امتیاز 03/2 در رتبه ششم، منطقه سه با امتیاز 45/1 در رتبه هفتم و نهایتاً منطقه پنج با کمترین امتیاز مقدار 43/1 در رتبه هشتم قرار گرفته اند.Evaluation of urban service indicators in Kermanshah metropolitan areas
Urban services as a tool for urban development management and the main factor of the continuation of urban life, without which the life of citizens will cease to function. The fair distribution of services can lead the city to sustainable development on the one hand and on the other hand it can bring a kind of balance in population distribution. The main goal of this research is to evaluate urban service indicators in the eight areas of Kermanshah metropolis that the collection of information and data has been done in the form of library and documents and using the MEREC method the eight indicators used in the research were weighted and the measurement and ranking of the areas was done using the CoCoSo model. The results of data analysis with the Cocoso model show; K score (represents the sum of the geometric mean and the arithmetic mean of three strategies Ka, Kb and Kc) whichever option is larger indicates the superiority of that option. So that area eight with the highest score of 2.82 is in the first place, area one with a score of 2.59 is in the second place, area four with a score of 2.52 is in the third place, area two with a score of 47.2 in fourth place, area six with a score of 2.33 is in the fifth place, area seven with a score of 2.03 is in the sixth place, area three with a score of 1.45 in the seventh place and finally area five with the lowest score of 1.43 has been ranked eighth.
