چکیده
صنایع همواره در حال تحول و پیشرفت است و این پیشرفت و توسعه سبب ایجاد و پیدایش مسائل جدید می گردد. یکی از این صنایع، صنعت گردشگری و یکی از مسائل مستحدثه مباحث و مسائل حقوقی مرتبط با آن به ویژه مسئولیت مدنی می باشد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی این موضوع می باشد که اولاً چه کسانی در برابر خسارات وارده به زائران مسئول می باشند؟ ثانیاً مبنای مسئولیت آن ها چیست؟ که در این نوشتار مورد بررسی و تدقیق قرار گرفته و با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به این نتیجه می رسد که امکان مسئول شناختن مدیر فنی و راهنمای گردشگری وجود دارد و می توان با استناد به دلایل متقن در این زمینه مبنای مسئولیت محض را مورد پذیرش قرار داد.Civil Liability of Pilgrimage Tours against Damages Caused to Pilgrims

The purpose of this article is to examine this First of all, who is responsible for the damages caused to the pilgrims? Secondly, what is the basis of their responsibility? Which has been investigated and verified in this article and with a descriptive-analytical method it concludes that there is a possibility of holding the technical manager and the tourist guide responsible and it is possible to accept the basis of pure responsibility based on valid reasons in this field.
