مدل مفهومی پلیس اقناعگر؛ با تأکید بر پلیس امنیت اخلاقی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تأمین امنیت اخلاقی توسط پلیس، با مناقشاتی روبرو بوده که عملکرد و کارایی آن را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است. این امر مستدعی است مداخلات در جرائم اخلاقی به صورت مؤثر و تخصصی انجام شود و مداخله گران، به حیطه اخلاقیات و برخورد متناسب با آنها تسلط داشته باشند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی ابعاد نقش اقناعی پلیس امنیت اخلاقی در مواجهه با متخلفان، جهت افزایش عملکرد و کارایی آن است.روش: تحقیق از نوع کیفی و اسنادی، زمینه ای یا داده بنیاد است. جامعه آماری آنرا کارشناسان امنیت اخلاقی تشکیل دادند که به صورت هدفمند تا حد اشباع، 28 نفر انتخاب گردیدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاری محقق ساخته و برای تحلیل داده ها از کدگذاری باز، مقوله ای و انتخابی استفاده شده است.یافته ها: با کدگذاری بر 129 مفهوم، 5 مقوله و 21 زیرمقوله حاصل گردید که در قالب ابعاد پنجگانه مدل نقش اقناعی پلیس امنیت اخلاقی و بر محور مقوله «اقناعگری پلیس» یا «پلیس اقناعگر» تنظیم شده اند. این ابعاد عبارتند از: «مؤلفه های اقناعگری» ، «منابع اقناعگری» ، «زمینه های اقناعگری» ، «راهکارهای اقناعگری» ، «چالشها و موانع اقناعگری».نتیجه گیری: بر اساس مدل اقناعگری پیشنهاد شد ساختار و عملکرد پلیس امنیت اخلاقی بر اساس نقش اقناعی مورد طراحی و بازنگری قرار گرفته و به عنوان یکی از پلیس های تخصصی کشور در قالب تشکیلات پلیس امنیت فرهنگی فعالیت نماید. همچنین به نیروهای موجود مهارت اقناعگری آموزش داده شده و بر اساس پنج سبک پلیس اقناعگر، گزینش جدید صورت گیرد.conceptual model of persuasive police; Emphasizing moral security police
Background and purpose: The provision of moral security in front of the police has a controversial effect on its performance and capabilities. This calls for interventions in moral crimes to be carried out in an efficient and specialized manner, and for the intervention team to be sufficiently knowledgeable about the issue of community ethics and interact with them accordingly. The current research aims to identify the dimensions of the persuasive role of the moral security police in dealing with criminals, which leads to improving the performance and efficiency of the moral security police.The method: the search is of the type "Qualitative approach"and Grounded Theory. The statistical community for this research is made up of ethical security experts who were selected in a purposeful way until reaching the saturation point, which is 28 people. To collect the data, I conducted a semi-structured interview before the researchers, and employed the open، qualitative and selective coding for data analysis.Results: During the analysis of 129 concepts, the theme of obtaining 5 categories and 21 subcategories, the theme of the arrangements in the form of five dimensions for the persuasive role of the moral security police and based on the category of "conditional persuasion" or "the persuasive police". Among these dimensions: "components of persuasion", "sources of persuasion", "domains of persuasion", "solutions of persuasion", "challenges and obstacles of persuasion".Conclusion: Based on the model of persuasion that was obtained, the theme of decision proposal and structural review and performance of moral security police is based on persuasion, and it should work as one of the specialized police agencies in the country in the form of cultural police. security police organizations As well as teaching the existing forces the skills of persuasion, the new selection must be made based on the five persuasive police methods.
