چکیده
هوش مصنوعی و فناوری‌های متکی به آن می‌تواند همه ساحت‌های زندگی بشر را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. بی‌تردید فرایند حکمرانی، مدیریت و عملیات جاریه که از آن به نام کشورداری یاد می‌شود نیز متأثر از این پیشرفتِ عظیمِ قرن حاضر خواهد بود. دستاوردهای عظیم این فناوری مورد اهتمام و پژوهش دانشمندان متعددی در سراسر عالم قرار گرفته است. هر پدیده فناورانه از جمله هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند ساحت‌های تاریکی نیز داشته باشد. در این نوشته برخی از چالش‌های ناشی از ورود هوش مصنوعی در فرایند کشورداری واکاوی خواهد شد.Artificial Intelligence and Statesmanship: Exploring Dark Sides
Artificial intelligence and technologies based on it can affect all areas of human life. Undoubtedly, the process of governance, management, and current operations, which is called statesmanship, will also be affected by this huge progress of this century. The great achievements of this technology have been studied by many scientists around the world. Any technological phenomenon, including artificial intelligence, can also have dark areas. In this article, some of the challenges caused by the emergence of artificial intelligence in the process of governance will be explored.
