چکیده
هدف کلی این پژوهش، سنجش میزان تجربه شخصی و غیر شخصی رویارویی مردم با سلامت در پلیس راهور فرماندهی انتظامی مرکز شرق تهران )ورامین( بوده است. پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی، و از نظر نوع گردآوری داده ها توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل تمام افراد بیش از 18 سال در حوزه استحفاظی فرماندهی انتظامی مرکز شرق تهران بود که شامل دو گروه مراجعان به پلیسهای تخصصی و عموم مردم بوده است. برای مراجعان به واحدها از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و برای نمونه های عموم مردم از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس سامانمند به صورت تصادفی استفاده شد. حجم نمونه های تحقیق 403 نفر بود. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده است. در تحلیل داده ها علاوه بر محاسبه شاخصهای توصیفی به محاسبه شاخصهای استنباطی اقدام شده است. بعد از جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای آماری Lisrel و SPSS از آزمون تی، آزمون تحلیل واریانس یکراهه و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که تمام شاخصهای تجربه شخصی در پلیس راهور فرماندهی انتظامی مرکز شرق تهران )ورامین( بالاتر از شاخصهای تجربه غیر شخصی قرار دارد.Investigating the extent of personal and impersonal Experience of people encountering with organizational health of the Traffic police personnel in East Tehran police headquarter
the aim of this study is to evaluate the extent of personal and impersonalExperience of people encountering with organizational health of the Traffic police personnel in East Tehran police headquarter (Varamin). This Study is an applied research and uses descriptive method to collect data. The population includes all people over 18 years in the jurisdiction of East Tehran police headquarter, including two groups of people visiting specialized police and the public. Purposive sampling was used for the visitors to Police and systematic random sampling method was used for the public. The research sample size was 403 people. A questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument. In addition to calculating the descriptive indicators, inferential indicators were also calculated in data analysis. After collecting data, T-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were done using SPSS and Lisrelsoftwares. The results showed that all indicators of personal experience in East Tehran traffic police (Varamin) were higher than impersonal experience indicators.
