چکیده
نقش نهاد بازرسی قانونی شرکتهای سهامی را می توان از دیدگاه های گوناگون مورد بررسی قرار داد. بازرس یا بازرسان قانونی آن دسته از سازمانهای اداری کشور، که از الگوی ساختاری شرکت سهامی پیروی می کنند، دارای وظیفه ای ویژه در ارتباط با سازمان بازرسی کل کشور نیز هستند که بر اهمیت کار آنها در مقابله با فساد اقتصادی و اداری می افزاید. دراین مقاله با بررسی نقش بازرس یا بازرسان قانونی شرکتهای سهامی در دو سطح نظری و قوانین به صورت کلی و در نظام اداری کشور، پیشنهادهایی در راستای ارتقای اثربخشی این ظرفیت قانونی در رویارویی با فساد اقتصادی و اداری عرضه شده است.The Role of Legal Inspection of Joint-Stock Companies to Prevent Administrative and Economic Corruption
The role of legal inspection of joint-stock companies could be analyzed from different standpoints. The legal inspector(s) of the state's administrative organizations, which make use of joint-stock company structural model, have particular tasks towards the state's Top Inspection Organization; this makes their role more prominent in preventing administrative and economic corruption. Analyzing the role of legal inspector(s) of joint-stock company at two levels of theory and regulation in a general sense and at the state's administrative system's scale, this study makes suggestions towards improvement of the efficacy of this legal capacity in preventing administrative and economic corruption.
