چکیده
هدف اصلی این تحقیق تعیین رابطه بین طی دوره آموزشی دافوس کوتاه مدت ناجا با عملکرد کارکنان این نیرو ست که موفق به گذراندن این دوره آموزشی شدهاند. فرضیه اصلی این پژوهش این است که بین برگزاری دوره دافوس کوتاهمدت با عملکرد کارکنان(فراگیران) رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و به روش توصیفی – پیمایشی انجام شده، و محدوده زمانی این تحقیق بعد از پایان دورههای اول و دوم دافوس کوتاه مدت و شروع به کار فراگیران در سطح نیروی انتظامی یعنی در نیمه اول سال 1387 بوده، و جامعه آماری آن 109 نفر فارغ التحصیلان این دورهها است. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامهای حاوی 24 سؤال بسته با پایایی و روایی لازم بدون نمونهگیری و بهصورت تمام شماری (تعداد 105 پرسشنامه) جمعآوری و تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. نتایج حاکی از وجود رابطه معنادار بین طی دوره دافوس کوتاه مدت با عملکرد کارکنان (فراگیران) بویژه عوامل توانایی، تعهد سازمانی، انگیزش و شناخت شغلی آنان بوده است.Consideration of the relation between The short – term training course of DAFOOS and Staff performance
The main purpose of this essay is to study the relation between the short – term training course of DAFOOSand its Staff performance. The main presumption of this paper is that taereia a meaningful relation between this short–term training course and staff (trainees) performance. This is an applied research completed by using descriptive – surveying method. The duration of this research is limited to the time after completion of the first and second short – term training course of DAFOOS and beginning of the work of the trainees at law enforcement section in 2008 .The population of this study included 109 graduates of the training courses aforementioned.The data were collected by a questionnaire consisted of 24 questions with required validity and reliability without sampling and in form of all–enumerating (105 questionnaires),collected data were analyzed using SPSS software and chi – square (X2).The results indicate that there is a significant relation between short – term training course of DAFOOS andvariants like capability, organizational commitment, motivation and job of understanding personnel.
