Presentation of Competency Model Needed by Elementary Education Graduates of Farhangian University based on the theory Deliberative Inquiry(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The purpose of the present study was Presentation of Competency Model Needed by Elementary Education Graduates of Farhangian University based on the theory Deliberative Inquiry. The method of qualitative research, type of phenomenology and content analysis, was a statistical society of faculty members in the field of curriculum and all scientific sources and documents. Method: The semi-structured interview data collection method and the use of checklist and encoding were used. Also, for interpreting the data, an interpretative analysis method was used. Findings: The results of the research show that the experts of the curriculum have considered contemplative, developing thinking, arts and aesthetics, perception, problem solving, decision making, skill orientation, and professional development. Conclusion: Accordingly, four main curriculum elements Flexibly, including educational goals, educational content, teaching methods and evaluation, were analyzed and the optimal model of elementary curriculum for teacher students of Farhangian University was designed in 3 main areas of knowledge, attitude and ability (skill), and was evaluated and validated The validation results show that the proposed pattern is relatively favorable.

Evaluation of the Quality of the Elementary Education Program at Farhangian University Based on the CIPP Model(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: One of the fields with the highest number of students at Farhangian University is Primary Education. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of the Primary Education program at Farhangian University based on the CIPP model. Methodology: This study was applied in terms of objective and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation method. The study population included faculty members, educational group managers, and graduates of Primary Education from Farhangian University campuses in Tehran province during 2019-2022, and primary school principals in Tehran city in 2022. The sample size was estimated to be 276 individuals (20 faculty members, 6 educational group managers, 200 graduates of Primary Education, and 50 primary school principals) selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with faculty members and educational group managers and a researcher-made questionnaire filled out by all sample members. The data were analyzed using open, axial, and selective coding methods and examining the desirability of axial and selective codes. Findings: The findings indicated that for the quality of the Primary Education program at Farhangian University based on the CIPP model, 88 open codes, 31 axial codes, and 7 selective codes were identified. Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that the status of the Primary Education program at Farhangian University based on the CIPP model was not at a desirable level and improvement of the identified open, axial, and selective codes in this research is necessary for enhancement.

Analysis of the Coaching Leadership Model for Elementary School Principals(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The objective of this study is to develop and validate a comprehensive coaching leadership model for elementary school principals. Methodology: This research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques. The qualitative component involved semi-structured interviews with 15 experts in educational leadership to identify key components of the coaching model. The quantitative component included a survey distributed to 353 elementary school principals, with data analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) through SPSSwin20 and SMART PLS 8 software. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were confirmed with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.85. Findings: The findings indicate that the proposed coaching leadership model significantly improves principals' competencies in instructional leadership, organizational management, and relationship-building. Confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated strong factor loadings and satisfactory model fit indices (GFI = 0.934, CFI = 0.944, RMSEA = 0.064). The model's effectiveness was further supported by enhanced teacher performance and a positive school climate, corroborating existing research on the benefits of coaching in educational leadership. The study identified key strategies such as professional growth, networking, and organizational support as crucial for effective coaching. Conclusion: The coaching leadership model developed in this study holds significant promise for enhancing the leadership competencies of elementary school principals. By providing personalized support and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, coaching can empower principals to effectively manage school operations, support teacher
