قدرت گرفت ن دوب اره طالب ان در افغانس تان ب ا خ روج نیروه ای آمریکای ی به دنب ال تص رف کاب ل، پایتخ ت ای ن کش ور رخ داد و س بب ش د جمه وری اس لامی ای ران در مواجه ه ب ا همس ایه های ش رقی خود دچ ار برخ ی تناقض ه ا ش ود. از س ویی، چ ون ابع اد تح ولات ب رای ای ران روش ن نیس ت، ب ه آنچ ه می گ ذرد ب ه دی ده تهدی د و تردی د می نگ رد و وج ود توطئ ه در تمام ی تح ولات را دور از ذه ن نمی دان د. هرچند ایدئولوژی در محور سیاست خارجی طالبان قرار دارد، اما این ایدئولوژی همچون گذشته از یکپارچگی و انسجام کامل برخوردار نبوده و دچار نوعی دوگانگی شده است. پرسش اصلی پژوهش این است که ایدئولوژی طالبان دوره دوم چه تاثیری بر روابط ایران با افغانستان دارد؟ روش پژوهش کیفی از نوع تبیین علی و روش گردآوری داده ها کتابخانه ای و اینترنتی است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که اگرچه یکپارچگی کامل ایدئولوژیکی ویژگی دوره اول حاکمیت طالبان بوده است، طالبان دوره جدید بر پایه عوامل موثر داخلی و خارجی، قومیت و ایدئولوژی به دو گروه با خاستگاه های فکری متفاوت تبدیل شده و از یکپارچگی ایدئولوژیک فاصله گرفته است، این دوگانگی ایدئولوژیک عاملی تعیین کننده بر روابط ایران و افغانستان در دوره جدید طالبان است.Analysis the Iran-Afghanistan relations in the Taliban government and the internal factors affecting it (2021-2024)
