چکیده
در سال های اخیر حوادث و رخدادهای گوناگون نشان از تلاطمی در جهان دارد تا به رغم رشد و گسترش تمایل به قانون گرایی و همگرایی، حاکمیت قانون به چشم نیاید! لذا در عین نظمی ظاهری شاهد آشوب و بی نظمی در خاورمیانه هستیم. این پژوهش با این فرضیه که عوامل مختلف ساختاری و کارکردی نظیر انواع بی عدالتی، تبعیض و سیاستهای توسعه طلبانه در سطوح جهانی و منطقه ای به دنبال یافتن پاسخ به چگونگی زمینه ها و بسترهای نزاع و تلاش اسرائیل و مردم فلسطین برای بقاء است. اگر متغیرها را به منزله بسترها و زمینه های آشوب در قالب تفکر افراط گرایان اسرائیلی و جریان های شبیه به آن بدانیم در این صورت عمده ترین دلایل ظهور و گسترش این جنگ های خانمان سوز و قساوت های ناشی از آن را بیش از همه باید در شکل نگاه و عملکرد بازیگران نظام های سیاسی و حکومت ها، ریشه یابی کرد. در این مقاله سعی شده به شیوه ای تفسیری به تحلیل موضوع با مراجعه به کتابخانه و کمک از ترکیب نظریه های"آشوب" روزنا، فرضیه مورگنتا به عنوان یک واقع گرا و تئوری "عدالت" رالز نشان دهیم که در کنار معضل توسعه نیافتگی و پدیده عقب ماندگی و عوامل داخلی، باعث گسترش هر چه بیشتر آشوب در منطقه به ویژه مناقشه اسرائیل و فلسطین را فراهم کرده است. لذا برای احیای آرامش در منطقه و کرامت انسانی باید با شناخت عقلانی از جامعه شناسی سیاسی و مسائل داخلی و پی گیری چالش ها با تغییر راهبردهایی که تا به حال پاسخ نداده، بدور از خشونت و تعصب بدنبال صلحی پایدار باشیم.The Meaning of Justice in the Palestinian-Israeli Crisis.
In recent years, various incidents and events have shown turmoil in the world, so that despite the growth and expansion of the tendency towards legalism and convergence, the rule of law is not visible! Despite the apparent order, we are witnessing chaos in the Middle East. This research seeks to find an answer to how the grounds and conditions of the conflict and the efforts of Israel and the Palestinian people for surviva. Variables related to the hypothesis of the present research are outlined in terms of discrimination and types of injustice. If we consider these variables as the foundations and grounds for chaos in the thinking of Israeli extremists and similar movements, one of the causes of the emergence of these devastating wars and the increase in crimes resulting from them lies in the way Leaders and political systems act. In this article, by referring to the library and using a combination of Rosenow's "chaos" theories, Morgenthau's hypothesis as "realist", and Rawls's "justice" theory, we have attempted to analyze, through an interpretive method, an issue that, along with the problem of underdevelopment and the phenomenon of backwardness and internal factors, has caused more chaos in the region, especially the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. So, to restore peace to the region, we must seek a lasting peace with a rational understanding of political sociology and internal issues, and pursue challenges with convergence, free from any violence and prejudice, by changing strategies that have not worked so far.
