چکیده
جهانی شدن بر همه ساحت های زندگی بشر از جمله بنیان های معرفتی و سبک زندگی تاثیر گذار بوده است. در عصر اطلاعات حوزه عمومی، شامل تبادل ایده ها و مشارکت عمومی در مسائل جهانی و حس مسئولیت مشترک است، موضوعی که لیبرالیسم و نئولیبرالیسم نیز باور به خصوصی شدن بسیاری از عرصه ها، مسئولیت پذیری و شکل گیری شهروند جهانی و جهان میهنی هستند. سوال و هدف محوری این پژوهش این است که جهانی شدن چه تاثیراتی بر مختصات حوزه عمومی بعنوان اصل بنیادین لیبرالیسم است. با بهره گیری از روش تبیینی می توان گفت که نظریه پردازان دموکراسی بر اهمیت یک حوزه عمومی، متمایز از دستگاه دولت، تأکید می کنند که در آن شهروندان می توانند آزادانه با هم ارتباط برقرار کنند، مشورت کنند و در شکل گیری اراده جمعی مشارکت داشته باشند. ساختارهای لیبرالیسم همچون آزادی فردی، عرصه خصوصی، سرمایه داری و فناوری پیشرفته در سراسر جهان گسترش می یابند. از طرف دیگر رسانه ها و جهانی شدن باعث دگردیسی در حوزه عمومی از جمله کاهش و ورود دولت به عرصه خصوصی و آزادی شهروندان شده است. همچنین باید گفت که با شکل گیری نئولیبرالیسم و قدرت رسانه ها چالش های متعددی درباره تامل دولت و وملت در هزاره سوم، مقولات انتسابی سیاسی مانند نژاد و جنسیت و رابطه ی بین این اشکال انتساب و توسعه ی ایدئولوژی ها و ساختارهای حریم خصوصی و مالکیت خصوصی صورت بندی شده است.The CHaracteristics of Liberalism and the Public Sphere in the Era of Globalization.
Globalization has affected all aspects of human life, including epistemological foundations and lifestyle. In the information age, the public sphere includes the exchange of ideas and public participation in global issues and a sense of shared responsibility, a subject that liberalism and neoliberalism also believe in the privatization of many areas, responsibility, and the formation of a global citizen and a patriotic world. The central question and goal of this research is what effects globalization has on the characteristics of the public sphere as a fundamental principle of liberalism. Using the explanatory method, it can be said that theorists of democracy emphasize the importance of a public sphere, distinct from the state apparatus, in which citizens can freely communicate, consult, and participate in the formation of the collective will. The structures of liberalism such as individual freedom, the private sphere, capitalism, and advanced technology are spreading throughout the world. On the other hand, the media and globalization have caused a transformation in the public sphere, including the reduction and entry of the state into the private sphere and the freedom of citizens. It should also be said that with the formation of neoliberalism and the power of the media, numerous challenges have been formulated regarding the reflection of the state and the nation in the third millennium, political attributional categories such as race and gender, and the relationship between these forms of attribution and the development of ideologies and structures of privacy and private property.
