چکیده
مقاله حاضر به روند بازاندیشی حقوق زنان در اسلام با تأکید بر اندیشه های فتح الله گولن متفکر اهل ترکیه می پردازد. ابتدا دو رویکرد کلان اسلام سنت گرا که مبتنی بر تفسیرهای دینی محافظه کارانه از جایگاه زن در شریعت اسلامی است، و اسلام نواندیش که به دنبال بازتفسیر مفاهیم اسلامی است، بررسی شده و سپس، اندیشه های فتح الله گولن به عنوان رویکردی میانه نسبت به حقوق زنان مورد تحلیل و نقد قرار گرفته است. پرسش اصلی این است که برداشت گولن از حقوق زنان چه تفاوتی با دو رویکرد سنتی و مدرنیستی دارد و تا چه حد این مدل می تواند برای حل چالش های موجود در جوامع اسلامی راهگشا باشد؟ مقاله حاضر از نوع توصیفی و تحلیلی است و به شیوه تحلیل مضمون داده ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته اند. یافته ها نشان می دهد که گولن با ارائه قرائتی اعتدالی از اسلام، بر اهمیت آموزش زنان، نقش فعال آنان در جامعه، و تفکیک میان اصول ثابت دین و برداشت های تاریخی تأکید دارد. او در عین حال که از برخی ارزش های سنتی حمایت می کند، خواستار اصلاح در نگرش های رایج نسبت به زنان در جوامع اسلامی است. رویکرد گولن نه تنها راهی برای سازگاری ارزش های اسلامی با مفاهیم مدرن حقوق زنان ارائه می دهد، بلکه می تواند به کاهش تنش های میان سنت و مدرنیته در جوامع اسلامی کمک کند. این مقاله با بررسی این دیدگاه، امکان پذیری تحقق حقوق زنان در چارچوب اسلامی را از منظری نو بازخوانی می کند.Rethinking Women's Rights in Islam: An Emphasis on the Readings of Fethullah Gülen
This article explores the process of rethinking women's rights in Islam, with a focus on the thoughts of Fethullah Gülen, a Turkish intellectual. It first examines two major approaches: traditionalist Islam, based on conservative jurisprudential interpretations of women's status in Islamic law, and neo-modernist Islam, which seeks to reinterpret Islamic concepts in line with gender equality. Subsequently, Fethullah Gülen's thoughts are analyzed and critiqued as a moderate and liberal approach to women's rights. The central question is how Gülen's understanding of women's rights differs from the traditional and modernist approaches, and to what extent this model can be a solution to the challenges in Islamic societies. This article is descriptive-analytical and employs thematic analysis to examine the data. The findings indicate that Gülen, by presenting a moderate interpretation of Islam, emphasizes the importance of women's education, their active role in society, and the distinction between the fixed principles of religion and historical interpretations. While upholding certain traditional values, he calls for reforms in prevailing attitudes towards women in Islamic societies. Gülen's approach not only provides a way to reconcile Islamic values with modern concepts of women's rights but also helps to reduce tensions between tradition and modernity in Islamic societies. By examining this perspective, this article re-evaluates the possibility of realizing women's rights within an Islamic framework from a novel perspective.
