چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با بعثت نبوی جامع ترین الگوی تعاون به جامعه بشریت عرضه شد. امّا با گذر زمان و سیطره تمدن غرب بر سایر جوامع، الگوهای سنتی و اصیل تعاونی به دست فراموشی سپرده شد و تعاونی ها با چالش های مختلفی مواجه شدند. یکی از مهمترین چالش های تعاونی های موجود در جهان، بحران سیّالیت است. هدف اصلی پژوهش شناسایی بهترین عامل ائتلاف میان اعضای تعاونی هاست، به نحوی که بهتر و بیشتر باعث مانایی و تحقق اهداف تعاونی ها شود. روش شناسی: در پژوهش حاضر، آموزه های قرآن، حدیث و سیره معصومان(ع) با استفاده از روش اجتهادی مورد تتبّع، و نتایج حاصله با استفاده از نظریه سیستم ها مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که، تعاونی های قرابت محور در مقایسه با تعاونی های رقابت محور، به دلایلی مانند غیراعتباری بودن و اصالت پیوند هایی خونی، واقعی ترین و اصیل ترین نوع تعاونی ها هستند و قابلیت مانایی بالاتری دارند. همچنین با توجه به تأکیدات اسلام در باب صله رحم و آثار مثبت آن در جامعه، تقویت این نوع تعاونی ها یکی از مصادیق صله رحم بوده و آثار و برکات فراوانی در جامعه خواهد داشت. تعاونی های کشاورزی -که عمدتاً به صورت قرابت محور اداره می شوند-، الگوی بسیار موفّقی در این زمینه هستند. اصالت/نوآوری: این پژوهش به دنبال سنخ شناسی و مقایسه تعاونی های قرابت محور در مقابل تعاونی های رقابت محور با استفاده از آموزه های قرآن و حدیث است. همچنین این یک پژوهش صرفاً توصیفی نیست و با اجتهاد در آیات و روایات به تبیین و تجویز هایی سیاستگذارانه می پردازد.Systematic effectiveness evaluation of the role of kinship cooperatives in the revival of real cooperatives with emphasis on the teachings of Quran and Hadith
Background and purpose: With the Prophet's mission, the most comprehensive model of cooperation was presented to the human society. However, with the passage of time and the dominance of Western civilization over other societies, the traditional and original patterns of cooperatives were forgotten and cooperatives faced various challenges. One of the most important challenges of cooperatives in the world is their liquidity crisis. The main question of the research is, which coalition factor among the members of the cooperatives can be better and more able to prevent and fulfill the goals of the cooperatives in meeting their needs and solving their problems? Methodology: To answer the main question of the research, the teachings of the Qur'an, Hadith and Seerah of the Innocents (PBUH) have been referred to using the ijtihad method and the results have been analyzed using the systems theory. Findings and conclusions: Based on the findings of this research, kinship-oriented cooperatives are the most genuine and genuine type of cooperatives and have a higher mana capability compared to competition-oriented cooperatives, due to reasons such as non-credibility and authenticity of blood ties. Also, considering Islam's emphasis on mercy and its positive effects in the society, strengthening this type of cooperatives is one of the examples of mercy and will have many effects and blessings in the society. Innovation: This research seeks to identify and compare kinship-based cooperatives versus non-kinship-based cooperatives - that is, competition-based cooperatives - using the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith, and explains and prescribes policies.
