چکیده
تحلیل تماتیک به عنوان یک روش کیفی، از طریق شناسایی و دسته بندی الگوهای معنا در داده ها، به پژوهشگران کمک می کند تا درک بهتری از نحوه تعامل کاربران با محیط خود در حوزه های مختلف به دست آورند. با این حال، این روش تاکنون کمتر در مطالعات مربوط به اقتصاد دیجیتال مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.در این مقاله، نقش هوش مصنوعی در بهبود عدالت اقتصادی بررسی شده و تأثیر آن در دو گروه از کشورها تحلیل شده است. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل محتوای مطالعات مختلف نشان می دهد که بیشتر پژوهش ها بر تأثیرات مثبت هوش مصنوعی بر عدالت اقتصادی تمرکز داشته اند، در حالی که بررسی ابعاد منفی آن کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. تجربیات کشورهای توسعه یافته نشان می دهد که هوش مصنوعی در این کشورها تأثیر چشمگیری در بهبود توزیع منابع و افزایش شفافیت داشته است. این امر عمدتاً به دلیل زیرساخت های پیشرفته، قوانین پایدار و نظام های نظارتی کارآمد در این کشورها می باشد. در مقابل، در کشورهای در حال توسعه، چالش هایی مانند کمبود زیرساخت های دیجیتال، ضعف در رگولاتوری و فقدان چارچوب های قانونی مناسب، مانعی در مسیر تحقق این مزایا محسوب می شود. بر این اساس، مقاله حاضر بر لزوم سرمایه گذاری در توسعه زیرساخت های دیجیتال، ارتقای مهارت های تخصصی، بهبود چارچوب های قانونی و تقویت نظام های نظارتی در کشورهای در حال توسعه تأکید دارد. چنین اقداماتی می تواند زمینه ساز کاهش نابرابری های اقتصادی و گسترش عدالت اجتماعی شود. در این مسیر، بهره گیری از تجربیات کشورهای توسعه یافته می تواند به عنوان الگویی ارزشمند برای کشورهای در حال توسعه در استفاده مؤثر از هوش مصنوعی جهت تحقق عدالت اقتصادی باشد.An Analysis of the Capabilities and Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Promoting Economic Justice (A Cross-Country Study)
Thematic analysis, as a qualitative method, helps researchers gain a better understanding of how users interact with their environment in different domains by identifying and categorizing patterns of meaning in data. However, this method has received little attention in studies related to the digital economy so far. In this article, the role of artificial intelligence in improving economic justice is examined and its impact is analyzed in two groups of countries. The results of the content analysis of various studies show that most research has focused on the positive effects of artificial intelligence on economic justice, while examining its negative dimensions has received less attention. The experiences of developed countries show that artificial intelligence in these countries has had a significant impact on improving resource distribution and increasing transparency. This is mainly due to advanced infrastructure, stable laws and efficient supervisory systems in these countries. In contrast, in developing countries, challenges such as lack of digital infrastructure, weak regulation and lack of appropriate legal frameworks are considered obstacles to the realization of these benefits.
Accordingly, this article emphasizes the need to invest in developing digital infrastructure, promoting specialized skills, improving legal frameworks, and strengthening regulatory systems in developing countries. Such measures can pave the way for reducing economic inequalities and expanding social justice. In this direction, utilizing the experiences of developed countries can serve as a valuable model for developing countries in the effective use of artificial intelligence to achieve economic justice.
