چکیده
ارزیابی عملکرد شعب بانک برای مدیران و تصمیم گیران بانک دارای اهمیت ویژه ای می باشد. تحلیل پوششی داده ها یکی از کاربردی ترین روش ناپارامتریک محاسبه کارایی واحدهای تصمیم گیرنده می باشد. اساس این روش مبتنی بر یک سری بهینه سازی و استفاده از برنامه ریزی خطی می باشد. بر این اساس هدف این پژوهش بررسی کارایی، اثربخشی و بهره وری شعب بانک قرض الحسنه مهر ایران است. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی محسوب می شود. همچنین از نظر نحوه گردآوری ورودی این تحقیق توصیفی می باشد و از نوع علی مقایسه ای می باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق 10 شعبه بانک قرض الحسنه مهر ایران استان ایلام می باشد. انتخاب ورودی ها وخروجی ها در این تحقیق با توجه به تحقیقات مشابه، مصاحبه و نظرسنجی از کارشناسان خبره بانک انجام گرفته است. ورودی ها شامل تعداد کارکنان، تحصیلات کارکنان و سابقه کار یا تجربه کارکنان می باشد و خروجی ها شامل میزان سپرده های جذب شده و میزان تسهیلات اعطایی می باشد. پس از تعیین ورودی و خروجی تحقیق داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار DEA-Solver مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته و به بررسی کارایی شعب بانک پرداخته شد. نتایج نشان داد که تنها دو شعبه سیدالشهدای ایلام و شعبه سرابله ناکارا هستند و باید با توجه به ورودی ها و خروجی ها نسبت به بهبود کارایی اقدام کنند.Investigating the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the branches of Qarz Al-Hasneh Mehr Bank of Iran (Case Study: Branches of Ilam Province)
Performance evaluation of bank branches is of special importance for bank managers and decision makers. Data envelopment analysis is one of the most practical non-parametric methods for calculating the efficiency of decision-making units. The basis of this method is based on a series of optimization and the use of linear programming. Based on this, the aim of this research was to investigate the efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency of the branches of Qarz Al-Hasneh Mehr Bank of Iran. The current research is considered as applied research in terms of its purpose. Also, in terms of how to collect the input, this research is descriptive and of a comparative scientific type. The statistical population of this research is 10 branches of Qarz Al-Hasneh Mehr Iran Bank in Ilam province. The selection of inputs and outputs in this research has been done according to similar researches, interviews and surveys of expert bank experts. The inputs include the number of employees, the education of employees and the experience of the employees, and the outputs include the amount of deposits attracted and the amount of facilities granted. After determining the input and output of the research, the data was analyzed using DEA-Solver software and the efficiency of the bank branches was investigated. The results showed that only two branches of Seyyed al-Shohady Ilam and Sarablah branch are inefficient and they should take measures to improve the efficiency according to the inputs and outputs.
