چکیده
فرهنگ سیاسی به مجموعه ایستارها و نگرش های افراد به نظام سیاسی و نخبگان سیاسی یک کشور اطلاق می شود. فرهنگ سیاسی دارای ابعاد و مولفه های مختلفی است که نوع فرهنگ سیاسی می تواند بر امنیت ملی کشورها تاثیر مستقیم بگذارد. هر چه فرهنگ سیاسی یک کشور توسعه یافته تر بود و زمینه مشارکت بیشتر شهروندان در تصمیم گیری را فراهم کند، امنیت ملی آن کشور نیز از قوام و دوام بیشتری برخوردار خواهد شد. بر این اساس و نظر به تاثیر نوع فرهنگ سیاسی و مؤلفه های مؤثر آن بر امنیت ملی کشورها، پژوهش حاضر در صدد است به تبیین مؤلفه های مؤثر فرهنگ سیاسی در ارتقای سطح امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بر اساس بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب بپردازد. سوال اصلی این پژوهش این است که مؤلفه های مؤثر فرهنگ سیاسی در ارتقای سطح امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بر اساس بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب کدامند؟ این پژوهش کیفی در تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش گرندد تئوری استفاده کرده و تلاش نموده با مصاحبه نیمه ساختمند از کارشناسان و صاحب نظران حوزه سیاست و روابط بین الملل به خلق یک نظریه جدید بپردازد. این پژوهش در نهایت پس از 15 مصاحبه به اشباع نظری و خلق نظریه جدید رسیده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که این بر اساس یک الگو و مدل مفهومی خاص عمل می کند. بر این اساس و همانطور که یافته های تحقیق نیز تأیید می کند بین توسعه فرهنگ سیاسی و امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی رابطه مستقیمی برقرار است و ارتقای مؤلفه های فرهنگ سیاسی توسعه یافته می تواند منجر به تقویت امنیت ملی کشور شود.The Development of Political Culture and Its Impact on Improving the Level of National Security of the Islamic Republic of Iran with Emphasis on the Second Step Statement of the Revolution
Political culture refers to the set of mental tendencies and attitudes of individuals towards the political system and political elites of a country. On this basis and considering the impact of the type of political culture and its effective components on the national security of countries, the present study seeks to explain the effective components of political culture in improving the level of national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the Second Step of the Revolution statement. The main question of this study has been taken as: What are the effective components of political culture in improving the level of national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the Second Step of the Revolution statement? This qualitative study used the grounded theory method in data analysis and attempted to create a new theory through semi-structured interviews with experts and scholars in the field of politics and international relations. This study ultimately reached theoretical saturation and created a new theory after fifteen interviews. The research findings show that this operates on the basis of a specific conceptual pattern and model. Accordingly, and as the research findings also confirm, there is a direct relationship between the development of political culture and the national security of the Islamic Republic, and the promotion of the components of a developed political culture can lead to the strengthening of the country's national security.
